Inside the home, you'll find a spacious interior spread across two levels with water views from every window. Whip up delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals. Gather together for movie nights on the smart TV in the open living room. Relax and restore in one of two plush bedrooms, both with smart TVs, or the loft.

Extra perks include an outdoor shower (hot and cold). Make sure to catch the stunning sunsets from the deck and living room window.

Serenity Point offers its guests a swimming pool and private access to a beautiful beach. It is conveniently located a short distance to the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, fishing pier, shopping, and dining. Begin an adventure at the paddleboard and kayak launch nearby.

Join a Topsail Beach tradition and visit the Beach Shop and Grill for a hamburger or beach dog. It will be an unforgettable experience. The kids will enjoy the close proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games.

This house has everything you need!

The house was great! They have everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels and sheets. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. There is beach chairs and sand toys already there. This house was clean and comfortable for our entire stay.

Happy Camper

Beach Blessings is a fabulous place to stay. Super clean and bright, it has everything at the ready for a perfect stay. We especially loved the outdoor shower! Very private with hot and cold water! The townhouse is close to the beach & sound and the pool is just steps away as well. Really, we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Many thanks to the owners for sharing such a wonderful place. We'll return for sure.

Great spot for sunset

Airy, well appointed duplex with a great deck for dinner sunset-watching. We appreciated all the supplies provided. Soap, paper towels, coffee filters, etc., above and beyond.

Quiet. Real Serenity.

I was looking for a very quiet vacation to get away and really rest and recharge. This was exactly what I was looking for. The area is so quiet and serene. Views are fantastic. I can't get the buoy sound out of my head (that's a good thing!). I have stayed in North Topsail a lot but this was my first time staying at Topsail Beach. I learned a lot about the island's history and this community is so quaint and welcoming. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be back. This was also my first time visiting out of season and it was so wonderful!

Serenity point stay

Relaxing location, quiet and short walk to beach. Beach was not crowded and it’s a nice walk to the pier and around to the sound and inlet sides. Overall the house has all that you need. Alittle dated in furniture, a grill would be nice. Relaxing stay despite the storm

We just love this house and really enjoyed our stay

The house was so clean and beautiful, very cozy and decorated with Love! Everything was just great and kitchen and bathrooms and all rooms looked so clean nice and very comfortable! We spent a lot of time just sitting on the big deck surrounded with the beautiful nature. Every evening we could watch amazing sunset and made a lot of pictures! I and my daughter have unforgettable memories staying in this place during our vacations! Thank you so much to everyone who made this place so good for us to relax there and to rest . We want to come back!

What a great location

When you step out the front and can see the sound to your left, step out on the back porch and see and hear the ocean and the sound your in heaven. Community was 400 yds out the front door. Plenty of room for 6 people, great kitchen set up, plenty of utensils. Definitely would recommend to anyone ,hope to come back again in the future.

Beach Blessings is a blessing.

“Pure Serenity”

It was a very nice and quiet place to relax. The house was clean and stocked very well. My husband and I took advantage of the big outdoor shower and used it everyday. There was several games inside and outside to play and even a few good books. It was a small walk to the beach. The beach on the south end is very nice because it’s not as many people. Definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Lovely place

Perfect quiet spot

My family loved the location of this house. You have a less than 5 minute walk to the inlet, ocean and pool. This house was well equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The master bedroom is very roomy with 2 big closets and lots of drawer space. There were lots of puzzles, games and books available to keep us occupied as well. The outside shower was great to wash off all the sand after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
