Relax and unwind in this eco conscious, spacious, 4-bedroom/3-bath retreat in the Southern Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina! Step inside this beautifully furnished home, feel your cares melt away, and experience true comfort and convenience with the ones you love! This Newland cabin is located in the Linville Land Harbor neighborhood which offers resort-style amenities such as: an 18-hole golf course, pickleball courts, a swimming pool, game room, library and other community amenities! If you decide to venture out, numerous restaurants, ski resorts, and hiking trails are just minutes away. Whether you want to hike and take in scenic summit views at Grandfather Mountain State Park, shred the slopes at Beech or Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, hit the links on a local golf course, relax at a local winery, explore the Linville Caverns, or spend the day diving into a book in the comfort of the reading nook - this vacation abode is here for you! End your day grilling on the back deck, dip into the hot tub, relax by the fire pit, and take in the crisp mountain air.
Upon entry you are greeted with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and an abundance of floor to ceiling windows. Living and dining areas are open concept, both open to the deck to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. This family friendly cabin home is well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, 2 large decks, reading nook library and Smart TVs.
We wish to share this mountain cabin experience with you and yours, and have furnished this abode with just that in mind. We are continually evaluating changes we can implement to make this a peaceful, restful, wholesome and eco friendly experience for you and your loved ones such as: smart vehicle charging, environment conscious cleaners, stainless steel cookware, screen free sleeping areas, reading nook/study with stocked library.

* Please note: as with most mountain cabins, ours has a 4-5ft drop from the driveway. We’ve installed a guard rail for safety, but please be mindful if arriving late at night.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• NO smoking inside or near the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
• Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
• Guest will be responsible for purchasing a fishing license in order to fish on the property.
Pets:
• The property does accommodate pets, but these animals must be disclosed to the owner at time of booking with payment of pet fee of $150/animal.
• If guest has a service animal, please inform the owner of whether the guest necessitates the service animal due to a disability AND what work or task the animal has been trained to do.
• Emotional Support Animals due incur the aforementioned pet fee of $150/animal.
