The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place, while located in a fairly nice area, did not meet our expectations. The hot water easily ran out which made it difficult for our party of 5 to shower and get ready with a reasonable time given that the unit does not make enough hot water. The electricity amperage blew the circuit breaker when multiple guests used blow dryers or other electrical appliances. Lastly, despite noticing the pool was filled with leaves and evident it had not been cleaned prior to arrival and asking for someone to assist, we were met with a charge should we ask for the cleaning. Something we declined. Overall, we had a satisfactory stay and are appreciative for the space to spend time in AZ with family.

Pool was cold:) heated pool would make this 5 star for us. Wonderful location. Lots of room for gathering with family and friends.

Meh. The house was clean but the master bedroom shower had no hot water, and the guest bathroom showerhead was finicky and the water pressure sucked. There was bird crap along the side of the pool because of the wires overhead. The pool was dirty with bird feathers and the skimmer wasn’t working. The patio furniture had rips in it and overall was low quality. Otherwise it was fine.

Clean, Comfortable Stay with Great Outdoor Space and Location

We had a great stay at this property with a group of six friends. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of dishes and cookware for group meals. Mornings spent lounging by the pool in the sun were a highlight, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal: close to golf courses, Old Town restaurants, and just a 15–20 minute Uber from the airport. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable Scottsdale stay.

Nice property, not well taken care of

Pros:LocationProperty manager was responsive Beautiful houseIssues:Arrive to a broken bed. When I contacted VRBO, the property manager was aware it was broken and didn’t fix it before we arrived. They came to fix it while we were there and didn’t attach the headboardThe pool was not clean. Again, contacted VRBO and the property manager came to fix but only bothered to skim the top. The leaves still covered the bottom of the pool. My husband and I had to get the vacuum working.

Scottsdale property - Earll St.

Communication with manager /Vacasa is poor; they failed to provide entry info until less than 24 hours (while we were already enroute and not knowing whether we’d have a destination upon arrival). They also failed to tell us when trash was to be picked up, so we missed the pick-up day; The home was. Satisfactory, except that the hot water was, at times, inadequate. The kitchen could use more pots/pans and different sized plates, cups and glasses, and it is minimally equipped for a week or longer stay. Otherwise, the property is fine, in a quiet neighborhood and near everything in the area!

Decent location

Stay was good. House was clean and beds comfortable. Showers were not so great and shower heads need to be replaced. Also just some basic shower soap and shampoo so bring what you prefer. No starter coffee or waters. Ice maker and fridge water dispensers did not work. All in all the place was clean and comfortable. Great location if staying near Old town or golf in the area is your plan.

Great location

This house had a great location but was definitely lacking in some things. For instance there were 2 face towels in the entire house, had to hand wash daily to share. Pretty gross. Kitchen could have used some more glassware. Had to hand wash things before use as many did not get fully cleaned in dishwasher. Check in communication not good. I tried many times to get an early check in. Was told by company flat no. They never even tried, just said not possible. My friends and I had to go find something to do for 4 hours when we wanted to be sitting by the pool at house. Ended up going an hour early to house and it was clear early check in was absolutely possible. Other than those things location is convenient.

Beautiful Home

House is even more beautiful in person. We stayed the week of 4th of July and were pleasantly surprised with how close we were to the Firework show. Only area that could have been better was communication. There were a few times we had questions and either had a delayed response or none. Only area of improvement would be more Papertowels. We were there for about a week and ran out quickly. I would still definitely stay there again!

Scottsdale's Haven

This place is one of the best rental homes I've experienced. Larger home in it's size range at 1700+ square feet, completely remodeled, extremely clean, nice pool, quiet neighborhood, etc. We stayed for 15 nights and have already decided this will be the house we want to rent whenever we visit Scottsdale. All of the kitchen amenities were well-stocked and there was a wide-range of plates, glasses, bowls, silverware, pots & pans, and other cookware which makes it nice to be able to cook a variety of meals. The backyard is awesome and the pool is pretty good-sized to enjoy after a long day of activities. Amanda, the Vacasa property manager for this property, is incredible. We had a couple of minor issues with some things and she took care of them in less than a few hours. If we needed to contact her, she was available with a few minutes and was always willing to hear our thoughts and suggest options. Never seen a rep as strong as her.

Perfect Stay at the Scottsdale Haven

A small group of us stayed at this place during an unusual heat wave at the end of September. The AC of the house and the pool did wonders to cool us down though. Everything seemed very clean and there was an ample supply of towels and blankets. The pool was very deep in the deep end, we loved it. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood that this property is located in.

Phoenix Oasis
