Enjoy magnificent ocean views from the two full-width decks, stroll on your private walkway across the dunes and into the surf, or take a luxurious soak in the hot tub overlooking the waves breaking on the shore.

There'll be no arguing over 'who gets the big room' since this home features four main suites with oversized Jacuzzi tubs and LCD TV. The two other bedrooms share a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi-equipped tub. Watch your favorite movie in the separate theater room on the huge 110' screen with full HD, surround sound, and a Blu-Ray player. The living room includes its own large screen 50' TV with full HD and a Blu-Ray player. For the Internet users in the group, wireless high-speed Internet is available and each bedroom is equipped with a LAN jack. The designer kitchen includes granite countertops, custom 42' cabinets, a separate ice maker, a wine cooler/beverage center, and the latest in stainless steel appliances. The dining table is large enough to seat 12 people comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen island. The washer/dryer is located in the separate laundry area. After enjoying the beach, rinse off in the outside shower with a privacy screen. Come enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation with us!

Poorly stocked house that’s falling apart

We were excited to be ocean front and in what looked like from the pictures and the high price, a nice home for our vacation in June of ‘25. What we arrived to was a home that was literally sinking into the dunes. The whole front half of this home is sinking into the dunes. Among other issues this creates a scenario where every door to every bedroom binds so much you have to practically kick it to get it to open or close all the way. This is very problematic when you have napping babies in your rooms. Aside from the interior doors not working the exterior doors hardly closed and looked like they could come off the hinges at any close. You had to literally slam them to get them shut. Inside the elevator door is covered in black mold. Fortunately we didn’t need the elevator. There could be a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room but the windows are in such bad shape you can’t really make it out. In addition to the home being in disrepair, the kitchen was so poorly stocked that we had to request cup measures, mugs, glasses, teaspoons, and plates. A gas grill was listed on the amenities list and not on the premises. They brought us 4 mugs and a couple dollar tree measuring cups. The ice maker is broken and they brought a bag of ice, no attempt to repair. Cabinets doors in the kitchen are missing and the freezer below the only refrigerator in the kitchen could not keep be ice cream from being soup all week. They did eventually come out and provide a grill. The A/C on the main top floor could not keep the floor cool so I suggested they replace the filters on the unit that appeared dirty to me (I’m a home builder by day) and I even provided the sizes to them to save a trip. When I did I informed them I could not reach them to replace the old ones. So did they replace them? No, they just dropped them off. After climbing on a chair to get one down the date they were last replaced was January. There was also what appeared to be vomit on the dresser and carpet of our room which I reported as soon as we arrived and they didn’t do anything about. This is the 3rd year we have rented a home managed by Vacasa and we are never disappointed with how horrible their service is. One year the a/c went out for 4 days and they offered us a refund of $30. They are too large to care about the customers renting the houses and they do not maintain the homes. This is not a cheap rental and it should have a moderately stocked kitchen and doors that operate. I would think twice about renting this home.

Relaxation at its Best

My family decided to do "Thanksmas" and come together after all testing negative for Covid. After months apart and the stress of daily life, stepping into this house and onto the beach felt like a slice of heaven. The house is beautiful and has all amenities you could want...and more. We had eight adults and three kids. The downstairs area with four king suites worked perfectly and was a nice change from many beach rentals with smaller beds and bathrooms. The upstairs was a kid's paradise with the bunk beds and the kids (and the men) LOVED the media room. The location of the property is away from the main shops, which was perfect for us. It meant less people on the beach and a quieter overall experience. The location is quite spectacular because you get both sunrise and sunset. The chairs on the top deck were the perfect viewing point to take in all of the beauty. The fact that there were five large soaking tubs and an outdoor hot tub worked amazingly for our family. The kids "went swimming" in the upstairs tub every day and loved the fact that they had their own special space. The hot tub is the perfect place for a happy hour and watching the sun set. The only complaint that my family had was that the noise directly below the kitchen was significant. Since we had early risers in the kids and very late sleepers in some adults, this led to some issues. However, if that was our only complaint so be it! We cannot wait to return and make more wonderful memories.
