Enjoy the therapeutic hot tub, fire pit, or cook something tasty in the well-stocked kitchen including specialty coffees, the grill or flat griddle. Want to eat out? The house is a mile from some of the best dining options in the state. The backyard outdoor space is exceptional, with rocking chairs, a fountain, herb garden space and bird feeders that attract humming birds and all their friends.

Lounge on soft couches by the TV or rest in soft, top of the line bed linens. Plenty of parking, two-car garage and amenities like bike racks and an air compressor.

High volume ice machine and full service laundry room provided. Plenty of board games and playing cards, smart TV with Roku, and Alexa smart options.

Our stay was great. All the comforts of home & then some. Fabulous hot tub. Exceptionally clean home with great kitchen amenities. So close to everything we wanted to see.

The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly with any questions. The home was perfect for our needs, clean and a great location to explore Bentonville and beyond.I loved the ice maker, all the Keuring pods and the magnified mirror in the master baths! Little touches that made the stay even nicer.

The hot tub was excellent. It was maintained perfectly. And everything was monitored precisely. Very good attention to detail. Everyone enjoyed the rooms and setup. It was an awesome place. We will definitely stay there again. The location was great; everything was very close. We got to know the neighbors, and they were the friendliest people, like everyone in the area. A very nice change from what we are used to. Thank you very much for your hospitality and efforts. We had a great time and will return.

Great location with easy access to Coler. Kids loved both the house and the area. Everyone appreciated the hot tub after some long days playing. The garden is a lovely touch. Would be on the short list to stay again if we make it back to the area.

Tom and Gina's home was a real fond. I had looked at many other options and this one continued to rise to the top of the list. The house is set up like a true VRBO not someone else's house that you're staying in for the weekend lots of labels on lights instructions a really nice large TV hot tub two nice bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, etc. would definitely stay there again thanks Tom and Gina.

This place was incredible!! We reserved it for a “girls trip” and found that there was plenty of room for us each to have our own space in addition to there being plenty of room for us to gather when we were together. The owners were responsive and kind and friendly. The backyard is truly a tranquil oasis with a beautiful covered patio that allows you to even sit outside when it rains. The owners are gardeners, so there were raised beds full of peppers, tomatoes, edible flowers, butternut squash, succulents, etc.!!! They make all of the “fruits of their labor” available to the guests, so we enjoyed a creamy butternut squash soup one night for dinner - USING A SQUASH FROM THE GARDEN!!!!!! I can’t say enough nice things about this VRBO. Take the leap. Rent it. You will not be disappointed!!!

Amazing! The outdoor space, griddle and hottub were the perfect touches to let us ride the bike parks and come back to cook and relax in between sessions. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfection!!

If i could give more than 5 stars I would! The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and the owners were mindful and easy to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for our group and the outdoor area was not only beautiful but tranquil as well. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed and if we travel to Arkansas in the future we will definitely stay here again.

Clean, easy to communicate, very well thought out amenities, and the host was very responsive to anything we needed, which wasn’t much of anything! We will definitely be back. Perfect stay for our MTB vacation as a family. We will be back for sure next summer!

Vacation home designed by people who stay in vacation homes.

The most well stocked place I have ever stayed. Not just kitchen but bathroom and garage. Brought my son and friends mountain biking. They have thought of everything. We didn’t have any babies but they were well set up for those as well. Everything really clean. So clean the floors didn’t turn my socks black. ;) The mattresses were super soft which was perfect for half of our group. The landscaping was beautiful. Really homey feeling. Can’t give it enough stars.

Perfect for our multigenerational family weekend!

We could not have asked for more with this stay! We truly felt as if we were guests in someone’s home, not just staying somewhere new for a few nights. The home was impeccably clean, fully stocked with everything you could ever want or imagine (bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, games, outdoor, etc.), and had creature comforts for everyone on our trip, grandkids to grandparents and everyone in between! The hosts were super communicators, always quick to respond to any questions and sent great detailed instructions on entry and how to use everything. The Well Spoke Inn was our happy place during a long, hectic, storm filled weekend, and I’d be happy to return!

Awesome birthday trip

Gina and Tom were amazing! Great help and recommendations for things to do and suggestions for how to get around. We didn't need a car, just biked everywhere, and everyone LOVED the Blackstone grill. (I think two of the guys bought one when they got home.) We were there for a 40th birthday trip that we wanted to be both fun and relaxing with not too much fuss. Gina and Tom's house was perfect, and we'll be recommending it to all of our friends in the future.
