Our 3,000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, home is situated in the heart of the Denver Metro Area. Our home provides easy access to all the Denver metro area has to offer. Only 15 minutes from Barr Lake State Park and 19 miles from downtown Denver.

Our home offers affordable luxury, featuring modern design and updates like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that are perfect for families or multiple groups of friends. This home offers plenty of space to spread out with multiple bedrooms, two living areas, and an outdoor living equipped with a gas fire pit.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
