This studio, 1-bathroom condo is an excellent choice for up to four people! Relax in front of the flat-screen TV and wood fireplace to catch the game or the morning snow report. A large sliding glass door provides plenty of natural light and leads to a balcony with superb views of Mount Royal and the surrounding peaks. The kitchenette lets you whip up snacks and meals when you’re not enjoying Frisco’s great dining options.

Great Condo and Great Location

This is our third stay in this complex, and this condo was by far the best. It was perfect for two people. Everything was very clean. The location was easily walking distance from Main Street and good restaurants (checkout HH at Fifth Avenue Grill and Vinny’s). I hope to stay here again.

The property is super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Great view outside of the balcony. We are a family of 3 and enjoyed our stay here. Plus the communication with the property management was excellent.

Conveniently located studio room in Frisco

Booked this unit for a 4 night father/son ski getaway. Great location 1-2 blocks off Main Street in Frisco where there are several restaurants to choose from in addition to Rebel Sports ski shop from which we rented. Garage parking spot and ski locker was convenient on the mornings when we left for the slopes. Studio was clean, comfortable, and contained the basics needed for a 4 night stay. The lodge is an older structure which is noticeable from the exterior and when you walk into the lobby, but the studio has been upgraded and is more contemporary. If you are looking for a basic clean, convenient, cost friendly location near Main Street, and the majority of your time will be outdoors, then this will fit the bill.

Great place for what we needed.

Check in process was very smooth and easy, indoor parking was great. We were so close to so many trailheads and a block from main street. We did not spend much time at our place, but it had everything we needed! Would stay again if we return to this area!

Frisco Getaway

We came to Frisco, one of our favorite places to play, to see a concert at 10 Mile Hall. The condo was perfect for what we wanted and would definitely stay there again!!

My husband I really enjoyed this place. It is good if you are planning of staying for a weekend but not any longer as it is just small. For my and just my husband tho it was nice and clean. Would stay again.

Great location for Summit county

Everything was as shown, bed was even pretty comfortable! Having a humidifier in the room was a great plus to adjust to the drier air. Mountain view was fantastic!

Great location and perfect place for couples ski getaway

This place was clean and well stocked with essentials and a very modern look. It's very small, but the space is used impeccably and makes it feel bigger than it is. The location is perfect. Short drive to several ski areas and walking distance to Frisco's awesome main street with many great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Frisco studio with a Murphy bed that felt spacious because of good use of space. 1 block from Main St. with nice restaurants and cute shops. Beautiful view of mountains from the balcony.

Fun in Frisco

We totally enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment. It had everything we needed, including maps and extra towels. We appreciated the simplicity and tasteful decor. Our view was spectacular and lest we forget, the heated garage was an added bonus especially because it snowed every day! Also, loved being close enough to town to walk. Thank you and we hope to return.

Great mountain view from balcony! Walking distance from everything. Including music in the park and our favorite breakfast spot ever "the butterhorn" Our first time in. This area. Was great.

Place is great. Highly recommend but I won’t be back.

The unit was exactly as advertised and the pictures do a great job of representing the property. The owners were great and communicated quickly. I absolutely recommend that people stay here. My 3 star final rating is caused by a lack of even a rudimentary sweep of the place after I left. I left a pair of reasonably expensive ski pants behind and asked for the cleaning service to recover them so they could be returned. Absolutely 100% my fault for forgetting them but I know exactly where I left them and yet they “couldn’t be found”. Any sort of action on my behalf would have had them returned but none was forthcoming. Like I said, my circumstance was unusual and the cause my fault so I still recommend staying here but be forewarned not to leave anything behind.
