Welcome to unit #208 - Sea Happiness, a cute, nautical themed 1 bedroom second floor unit with breathtaking water views in the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. The balcony has an outdoor table and chairs and overlooks Aransas Bay. Relax in the hot tub or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier and grill up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas.

This beautiful condo has a nicely decorated living room with great bay views. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa and recliner chair across from the flat screen roku TV. There is also a small table with seating for two and seating for an extra three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. The newly renovated bathroom has a handicap accessible walk in shower with grab bars and vanity! This unit also has wifi! All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience.

Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.

Sea Happiness is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing, you can purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.

Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. Check out a list of restaurants in Rockport on our site under activities and attractions. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Never run out of things to do and places to see, plan your Rockport vacation today!

I booked this location because of its advertisement on VRBO. I looked through the pictures they listed and felt confident about booking my stay. As soon as we entered our room, we immediately noticed that it looked nothing like the advertisement. The living room area was not properly cleaned. When pulling out the sofa bed we saw that there was a lot of dirt that had not been swept. It made my allergies very bad. The linens smelled like they had not been washed in a while. I had to go buy my own blanket. The coffee table was very wobbly which led me to notice that most of the furniture is in poor condition. The tv is mounted crooked, it was very noticeable, the wall table was slanted, so our drinks were sliding down and the other table with stools were also wobbly. The rug had a lot of dirt, it has not been vacuumed. I was really looking forward to the patio because of what the pictures advertised, but again looked nothing like the pictures. All of the patio chairs were super rusty, as well as the patio table. We couldn’t sit outside comfortably and enjoy the view. The sliding door frame was so filthy and rusty. Overall it needs a very good/deep cleaning. I feel like they need to upgrade the furniture or at least fix the issues they already have. False Advertisement for sure//very poor

Nice place reasonably 420 friendly

Good spot to chill and fish off the pier. Use their designated smoking area and you'll be good. Just dont try to vape in the room and think youll get away with it. THEY WILL KNOW! lol they just asked me to do it in the smoking area. Which was quite a nice spot with a good view.

Enjoyed our stay! Would recommend for apartment style living in a cute neighbourhood. Pool and hot tub were large and clean. Residence was relatively quiet. Pier was enjoyable!

I look forward to staying here again. Having a full kitchen enabled us to cook & enjoy our meals in a comfortable setting -- (saving us the expense of eating out every day). Who can beat having dinner on a balcony with a relaxing view? I was unbelievably lucky to get the ADA room at the last minute....the check-in team helped me complete the necessary paperwork at check-in; made me feel comfortable asking for any assistance if I needed it during my stay.

Spur of moment get a way

Decided we wanted to spend a couple of days at the coast and checked Vbro to see what was available. When we saw Laguna Reef , having stayed there several years ago, we booked our stay. Booking was easy ( even for me) . All instructions were were sent in a timely manor and there were no surprises when we arrived. Hope our next booking goes as well.

We will definitely be visiting again soon! The amenities were amazing, the condo was very well stocked & the location was very close to the beach & main areas of Rockport. The friendly, helpful staff gave us a great impression of the Rockport we have grown to love! Thank you for your hospitality. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who assisted us with our check-in. She always wore a smile, went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed & remembered our names. She is definitely a star on your team!
