Palmeras Beach House

This Palmeras cottage is a home away from home, and we look forward to sharing it with our guests. This house is three blocks away from the shore, or five minutes walk. There are two piers within a short drive distance. These are great spots for fishing and relaxing.

Palmeras Beach House is a new construction with up-to-date finishes. We have lawn and beach chairs, a charcoal grill, a beach cart, and table games. We hope you will find it refreshing and calm for your beach getaway.

Great Stay

Hugo was great with communication and the stay was amazing. Place was just as advertised and in a very good location where you can walk to the beach. I would stay here again!

Great Location

Overall the house was great. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all major attractions. The area is peaceful and the home is well-maintained.

Wonderful place

This is such a great place! We had a wonderful time! It’s a great location and the host is an outstanding guy! I hope next time I get a chance to meet him in person. I definitely recommend this place. I honestly can’t wait to go back.

Hugo was very responsive, easy check in/out. House was exactly as advertised. We consider Myrtle Beach to be an “old” beach with many houses that are stuck in the 70’s or 80’s. Refreshing to stay in something new and up to date. Bed’s were nice, I actually liked the king better than my own.

The walk to the beach is not what you expect

The walk to the beach is through a gap in a gate on an unmowed lot behind a restaurant. The view is the back of a church parking lot. The pictures give the impression of a large yard - which is not true. The actual lot size is quite small and the grass was not cut - so use was uncomfortable. The dishwasher did not work so we were forced to purchase and use paper products (addl. expense) and the freezer did not work so no ice for drinks. The cleanliness was minimal and the floors had only been swept not moped. We will not stay here again. The property manager was responsive but limited in what he could do.

My husband and I really enjoyed this home, everything was just like it looked online. The neighborhood was quiet. Very good location ! I really didn't wanna come back home !!! Hugo answered all my questions and check in and out was very easy !!! We will be back May of 2025....

Perfectly AMAZING

The location was perfect, very close to the beach! There was so much to do, it was very close to restaurants and shops. The house was clean and comfortable. Five stars 10/10… Can’t wait to come back!

Quick getaway

Had the opportunity to rent this home last minute for a family get away. It was everything that it said it was. Good responsive host. Attention to detail and very clean. Definitely recommend and will rent again
