Very nice, comfortable place to stay. Close to the beach, resturants and attractions. Host was a very good communicator and checked with us several times to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly reccommend staying here.

The location was perfect for us. The 4 bedrooms even better. We had everything we needed and would stay there again if I’m in Myrtle beach. The parking right under the house was another added bonus.

The location is great. One block from the beach. But . . . The house was not in very good shape. Evidently the owners are selling therefore they’re not updating the property. The toilet connection leaked when the water was turned on. The water had to be left off and the tank filled with a pitcher of water every time you flushed. The soap was diluted and the couch upholstery was dirty among other things. I asked for an early check-in, but they didn’t let me know it was approved until half an hour late, so I wasn’t able to get in when I wanted. The door code box needed a new battery or something. It wouldn’t work. I had to wait half an hour to get a key. And then all six of us had to share that key during the week.

Very clean home had everything that I needed to cook and provide for my family. Had very good access to the beach had a pool. Will be booking with them again didn't have any problems. Overall my stay was spectacular!!

The house is located close enough to shopping, restaurants and activities. The house was clean and as mentioned in the listing. The host was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was fine.

PLEASE READ:So to start with the property was not clean when we got there. The property manager was quick to get someone there immediately to completely clean the place. The next issue was the downstairs air-conditioning quit working halfway through our trip. Since I was the only one sleeping downstairs and we weren’t spending much time inside during the day it really didn’t affect anyone else. It was cool enough at night to sleep. However, the very last night there, the upstairs air-conditioning also quit working. That night it got very hot inside. Everyone was miserable and did not sleep well that last night. It just happened to be the night that we had to get up early for checkout. The heat did causes to get packed much quicker than planned. All in all, I feel like they could’ve done more to get an AC fixed immediately when the first one quit working. But at the end of the trip, they did refund part of my money. That is why I am giving them five stars. I will use this property again. However, if there are the same problems next time, I will not be as generous with my review.

My group came for a softball tournament. The location is close to the fields and the airport. I locked myself out of the house and the host rectified the situation in a timely fashion.

The kitchen lacked dish towels, beach chairs and adequate living room seating for the number of guests. The property manager responded quickly to concerns, one of which was no drinking glasses available. Parking was adequate and bedrooms were sufficient.

Yes Janet checked on us every day to make sure we were ok. The kids loved that it was close to the beach. We had everything we needed to use to cook with. There were restaurants close by. And stores to shop close by.
The beach was beautiful

The location and the size of the house was perfect for our family. Check in and check out was a breeze. I do wish the house would have been better stocked. We did not think about bringing things like garbage bags, dish soap, dish towels, hand soap, or paper towels because I’ve never had to bring them to any other vacation house I’ve rented. It wouldn’t have stopped me from renting this house, but I wish I had known ahead of time that I would need to bring them. One thing that is not shown in the listing pictures are the plastic folding chairs that were around the dining table and the couch that was pretty well broken down. For what we paid for the house, I would have expected a little better. But, again, the space definitely suited our needs.

Great location and getaway

This was the perfect spot for my family to stay. Great location and plenty of room for all. Walking distance to the beach was perfect. The parking on site was easy. I would love to bring my family here again

We had a great time. The property was clean and well stocked for cooking. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Lots of places to shop! I highly recommend the property.

The home is as listed. The great room has a sofa sleeper, bar, kitchen table. There was seating for all of us but we were a family of 55 years old and the seating was not comfortable for us. When we arrived, we found kitchen chairs were broken but we communicated with the property manager and replacements were brought the next day. The property manager/owner responded to our questions and concerns. The only downfall was the mattresses on the queen beds were not comfortable for us. Overall, nice place to stay as it was a very short walk to the beach.

A time was had!! We truly enjoyed our stay here. The place was nice and very clean. The cookware needs to be updated and add a can opener for those of us who prefer to cook their own meals. The outdoor furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The couch, not so much.so if you have issues with getting up..you better not sit on that one.. lol

Thank you Janet for such an amazing place and for being responsive to my calls. My stay at your house was great, the location was perfect and the space was ideal. I coach a softball team out of Virginia and we traveled to Myrtle Beach for an annual softball tournament. There were 6 team members staying with me. We arrived an hour earlier and the house was ready and accommodated us upon arrival. Our tournament was cancelled due to rain however we were able to cook a meal play some cards and enjoy all the spoils of home thru this property. I called the host twice and my call was answered everytime. Thankks again for the house and for being a great host.
