You'll love your one-bedroom where you can run many daily errands by foot, relax by the heated pool, or walk one block to the beach. Take a 10-minute walk to the Deerfield Pier where you'll find a vibrant nightlife, fine dining, shopping, or fish the daily catch! Our charming spacious studio is only a 10 min. drive to downtown Boca Raton Brightline Bullet Train, US1, I-95, and 35 minutes away from Palm Beach International Airport. After booking, every guest is sent our guidebook and video tour link to plan your stay. Hi-speed WiFi.

Welcome to Pier Walk on Deerfield Beach!

Pier Walk was built in 1970 and is a complex of 20 boutique furnished apartments with 26 parking spaces on Deerfield Island: 12 studios, 7-one bedrooms, and one two-bedroom. It has 22 listings that can host anywhere from 1 guest up to 16 guests at a time for larger groups and families. It has a courtyard swimming pool, is one block from the beach and walking distance to the main shopping and entertainment strip. We're family-owned and managed with several hundred happy, returning guests. After booking, guests receive our detailed online local guidebook and property house manual as well as a video tour link of the entire space to properly plan your stay.

Our 4-apartment listing with 8 parking spaces sleeps 16 guests combines the largest apartments at Pier Walk and can be reserved online in one booking. Or, for 12-16 guests and 10 parking spots, we can custom-combine 6 apartments with 6 bathrooms overlooking the pool deck that are all adjacent and facing each other on the first floor providing easy, secure access to the shared laundry room, pool bathroom and pool shower 24 hours a day.

Pier Walk can host up to 60 guests and 26 parking spots between all 20 furnished units. All bookings are based on real-time availability but dates can be held by request for 24-48 hours.

This second-floor one-bedroom can sleep up to 5 guests, one pet and includes up to two driveway parking spots, with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of tea and coffee to caffeinate or make your favorite espresso. The primary bedroom has a queen foam bed that sleeps two guests and the living room includes a day bed that sleeps a third guest. By request, a twin air bed can be booked to can accommodate your 4th guest.

Your one-bedroom apartment comes with WiFi and a Roku TV that includes a free Roku channel with over 1,200 free movies, shows, music and 1,115 live TV channels included. So there's ALWAYS something entertaining to watch for the whole family whether it's crime, drama, documentaries, cartoons, sports, thrillers or music on Pandora!

Our courtyard pool is heated until May and the outside stainless steel BBQ grill is powered by propane gas and ready for hosting your group or family gatherings!

Our high-speed internet is serviced directly through our Comcast so you can confidently host or join your Zoom meetings, video conferences, and online presentations with no issues, as many of our guests have already done. Your queen-sized bed is made with all hypoallergenic bed sheets, plush pillows and a bedspread. In the bathroom, you'll find white cotton towels.

We also provide a detailed local guidebook to all our guests after booking.

**EXTRA CHARGES & ADD-ON SERVICES**

Please submit your add-on service request at least 24 hours in advance. No modifications to add-on services can be made less than 48 hours ahead of scheduled service.


REQUIRED SECURITY DEPOSIT --> $250
Security deposit is scheduled to be released 3 days after checkout, assuming no damage to the premises.


PET FEE (if applicable) --> $150 per pet, plus tax
- Max of ONE pet, weighing 25 pounds or less. As per Florida law, all pets must have proof of rabies vaccine. This paperwork must be submitted prior to check-in.

**NOTE: We require rabies vaccination records ahead of check-in to ensure a safe stay for everyone. If we do not receive them before your arrival, your reservation may be canceled; cancellations due to missing health records are non-refundable. Also please note that no modifications to add-on services can be made less than 48 hours ahead of check-in.


EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT → $50, Plus tax**

Bookings for up to 3 guests come with a queen bed in the bedroom that sleeps 2 people and a twin daybed for one person in the living area. If you'll need an additional sleeping arrangement for reservations with 3 or fewer guests, there is a $50, plus tax, one-time fee for the queen sofa bed setup (or portable crib setup) and linens.

**NOTE: If your reservation includes 4 or 5 guests, the price adjustment for the three-bed setup will be already included in your booking.

PACK-AND-PLAY CRIB RENTAL --> $50, plus tax**
Portable crib, assembly, and linen rental.

**NOTE: Please submit your request at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. No modifications to add-on services can be made less than 48 hours ahead of check-in.

MID-STAY CLEANING --> $99, plus tax**
Stays of 45+ nights require monthly cleanings. Additional mid-stay cleanings can also be requested at this price. There is no other housekeeping included.

ADDITIONAL PARKING
Depending on availability, one additional parking space may be requested at the following rates:

1 Day --> $25, plus tax
7 Days --> $100, plus tax
14 Days --> $150, plus tax
30 Days --> $250, plus tax

**NOTE: Bookings with 2 or fewer guests include one parking spot and those with 3 or 4 guests include 2 parking spaces. Color, make, model & license plate info on each vehicle must be submitted for management purposes.

EARLY CHECK-IN starting at 12:00 PM
High Season (Nov.-Apr.) --> $100, plus tax
Low Season (May-Oct.) --> $50, plus tax

**IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS LISTING**

The principal guest must e-sign our house rules agreement and submit a matching photo ID within 24 hours of booking.

We offer a full refund within 48 hours of booking if you change your mind for any reason, as long as it's at least 2 weeks in advance of your reservation.

Pier Walk provides all the starter supplies for the first few days guests need to settle in, consumables like paper products, coffee, tea, spices, and bath soaps & shampoos. After that, guests are responsible for their own supplies and must purchase as much or as little as needed

To prevent cross-contamination in the pool, all guests must use outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the Pier Walk pool, and especially after returning from the beach. Please do not leave towels or personal belongings outside at any time.

If a special setup has been reserved (early check-in, extra bed setup, or pet setup), we can't offer a refund if canceled less than 24 hours ahead of check-in.

Collect Belongings and Manage Deliveries Before Check-Out. Please ensure all personal items are collected, and deliveries are arranged before check-out. Any items or deliveries left behind, including those arriving after check-out, will be discarded within 24-48 hours, as we cannot provide storage. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

WiFi was great. Location is good; excellent for where we needed to be - close to pickleball and MIL. On a busy street however most of the noise was not noticeable. It was only noticeable on the super rainy nights when the road flooded. Pool is smaller but warm and has a deep end. Super tiny kitchen but huge living room which was great so the kids could be separated. Friendly neighbors and hosts

Relaxing

We have stayed several times in several different rooms and have always had a great experience. The rooms are not luxurious but that is not what we expected either. They have everything needed to have an enjoyable experience and the treasure is the distance to the beach, great restaurants and quiet. The pool is always clean and enjoyable and the rooms are the same. If your looking for 5 star accommodations, you will have to look elsewhere but if your looking to make memories without breaking the bank and quality time with loved ones, than I highly recommend Marco and his team at Pier Walk.

Hi, I'm Marco. I was born in NY and grew up in the north-central Bronx near the botanical gardens. I went to Fordham Prep, Binghampton, NYU, and worked in Real Estate finance out of college. I have a wide variety of interests which include opera, classical music, ballet, traveling, stoicism, and creating real estate as an experience that's built around an amazing team and community.


I met my wife Danielle in NYC in 2008, moved to South Florida in 2014, and got married in 2015. She has a passion for traveling, the visual arts, reading kayaking, classical piano, and bike riding. She's also used to be academic coach for students who need help with executive functioning. We love the endless summers here and look forward to sharing some local Florida sunshine experiences with you as your home away from home!


Pier Walk on Deerfield Beach is a family-owned and family-managed vacation rental boutique. After traveling the world together for the past 10 years, we've noticed that we've had to pay higher and higher prices to get a good stay.


While we don't mind spending luxury rates for a luxury stay, we don't believe you should have to pay luxury rates just to get a good stay. We like to think our properties have everything we'd expect without having to pay high rates just to get it. We love to offer a great location and a great experience at a good value...because that's what we want when we travel!

Pier Walk on Deerfield Beach was purchased so we could continue building our "super team" where we offer a unique, local Florida experience for short stays, mid stays, and extended stays. Whenever we traveled we always wished we could find a home away from home. For us, that meant a place with a full kitchen, and where we could work or relax and walk to the action without a car. It was always a compromise trying to find a place like that without paying top dollar.
