The den window seals had a lot of sand in them. The downstairs bathroom toilet is an added feature, but doesn't have the water power to flush. The outside patio is black from where it obviously isn't cleaned. The small little pool is full of sand.The sleeper sofa is very worn to where it can't be slept on.The upstairs bathroom for guest had mold issues, because you can see the mold around the air vents.

First of all the Condo is fine. The location is great. I would rent from Julio again. However, the Hawks Cay staff is pretty lacking if you didnt rent through Hawks Cay. The second question they will ask you if you have an issue is if your stay is book through the resort. If you say no then you have no access to the bar, pool, docks, Etc. The listing says boat launch/storage is available for extra fee. This is partially true as I was informed by the dock master staff that they were full as soon as I told them I didnt have a reservation nor was I renting from Hawks Cay. Im aware none of this is the hosts fault but they need to be aware of the treatment of their guest. The mini pool is convenient for a cool off, the deck is a good hang out, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare supper for 5 people. The only down side i would say is the pillows need to be swapped out for some bigger ones.

Property clean but sleeping accommodations were not as described. It was listed as a queen sleeper and a double futon in the living room but there was no double futon.We did receive a small refund.Rear boardwalk was collapsed in several areas and was closed off. Bummer that we couldn’t go on it.

The worst part for us was the cockroach in the dishwasher- alive. It was enormous.Carpets are gross. The rest of the place was fine, just really tired.The pool is just a tiny hot tub-size plunge at pool temps. It was too chilly for us to use.

The location of the rental was perfect for us, along with the size of the place for 4 people.The townhouse could use some TLC... light fixture upstairs didn't work so we needed to get on the bed to turn the light off by the cord. The kitchen is VERY poorly stocked...there was only one kitchen towel, no big knives, not big pots and pans or bowls for serving.We were unable to get the TV in the master bedroom to work.Like I stated above great location, the place just needs some TLC!!

Great place our kids really loved it being in a resort. Right down the street from grassy key Marina where we were able to go out on the water. Would stay here again .

This condo was great! Very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had every appliance needed, beds were comfortable, hot tub was wonderful. The resort that the property is on is a great spot! We visited 2 of the bars, the resort stores, and Angler and Ale restaurant which was wonderful! It was only a 10-20 minute trice to get to anything on Marathon Key. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay with plenty of room and great location, this is your rental!

Great location. Villa has a wonderful little patio and splash pool to sit back and relax in after a day of snorkeling and fishing.

Fantastic location

Our group of 4 seniors stayed while enjoying some great snorkeling. We rented a boat from the Fish n Fun business on the island. It was very reasonable and a lot of fun.

This property left a lot to be desired. The bed was very uncomfortable. The access to the dock/boardwalk was blocked off so there was no water access anywhere near. Advertised as having a pool but when you read the notes at the very end states this property has no access to the amenities. Then discovered a very large cockroach when loading the dishwasher. The toilet tank in the ensuite bathroom leaked when flushed. There were lights burnt out in the bathroom and the bedroom light switch did not work for the ceiling fan light, had to stand on bed to pull the string to turn on the light. I would not recommend this property.

Fishing family vacation

We had a great stay, the accommodations were wonderful. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of fishing or shopping down in Key West. The property owner was very responsive and available if needed. We hope to come visit again soon.

Good location to explore the keys

Ideally situated to explore the keys, loved the patio to take coffee in the morning. The bedrooms were a bit dusty and the upstairs could be renovated (especially the bathrooms).
