The location of this condo at A Place at the Beach III is just right! The first-floor, 2 bedroom-2 bath unit is nicely decorated, has an open living area, beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony that is accessible from both the Master bedroom and living room. The condo sleeps 6 people with one queen, 1 full/double, 1 twin and a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and is stocked with all your basic items to making cooking a breeze. The warm sand is just steps away, giving you more time to relax and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A Place at the Beach III provides guests with easy beach access, sparkling pools, picnic and grilling area and laundry facilities on site.
Additional features include three oversized TV's and free wi-fi. There is only ONE parking spaces per unit.
UNIT IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED UNDER LISTED OCCUPANCY

Beach girl's trip 2024!

Condo picture's r spot on. Very clean & was available for check in early that day. Loved the keyless entry!! Night life,restaurants,shopping all close walk ir short drive away.

Myrtle Beach Stay

The condo was overall a great stay. The property was just a tad dirty, including dishes, bathrooms, etc. The dishwasher also was not working during our stay. But otherwise, great view of the ocean and listening to the music at Ocean Annie’s was great!

Very clean, comfortable

We loved the condo at A Place at the Beach III! It was affordable, clean, updated, and had everything that we needed for our week at Myrtle Beach. We loved the location and world definitely stay here again. Owner was helpful also.

Great Time at The Beach

Condo is in a Great Location close to Dining, Shopping, Golf. Being on the first floor was Great. Nice to see more presence of the security guard much appreciated.

Great location, great stay.

We arrived late and picked up our check-in info at the property office. Unit was perfect for a family of four. Unit was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Easy to get to the beach and local attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a Great Time

My wife and I have been staying at the Place at The Beach III next to Ocean Annie's for many years and rented several different condos. Condo 1C was nice , beds were comfortable , TV's nice will stay there again for sure. Would like to see more security presence as we noticed several different times cars being parked in the parking lot and walking over to Ocean Annie's.

Great area, nice condo.

This 1st floor condo has a nice Kitchen, dining/living area and bedrooms. The main bedroom has very nice furniture, but the bathroom off the master was as small as I've ever seen. It has a shower, commode and sink, but you can't easily get out of the shower with the door closed. Better make sure this one is for skinny people. The deck is good size, but needs a smaller table to accommodate the 4 chairs. Air conditioner outside was very rusty and noisy. Pool was great with nice chaise lounges and easy access to beach. Side view of the beach was good and it was great to be close to Ocean Annie's for the music, but we also had a view of the Sands Hotel's big trash container and delivery area. Easy check-in and contact with property manager as well. Overall, I would stay again, but would prefer not to be in front of the trash container/delivery area.

GREAT LOCATION - NICE UNIT

We have been faithful MB vacationers for years. Ocean Annies is our "place" to congregate with family and friends each day on the beach so the fact this is right next door was a major bonus. The Unit has a side view of the ocean but a view none the less. We enjoyed listening to the music every day and night (only til 10:00 pm). Beds were comfortable, linens were plentiful, kitchen was stocked (need new coffee filter as the metal one had a hole in it) and wine glasses would be nice! Sliding door has no screen but I assume that is due to that fact those break regularly. Plenty of chairs and beach stuff available. Keyless entry is the best as well as first floor location for packing and unpacking. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
