Located in the desirable 'Forest Trail' on a corner lot at 34th avenue and Hartnett Blvd. Enjoy the majestic live oaks and palm trees on landscaped property with a full irrigation system. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, family room and sunroom for flex space. There's nothing like staying at a vacation rental that's been recently updated, and we're here to tell you that this home is full of nice features to add that extra bit of luxury to your vacation, while still keeping the older beach cabin charm that's hard to find! When you come to stay at this little beach bungalow, you'll be getting a quality experience!

The home welcomes you with a spacious sunroom to take your morning coffee or gather with your fellow vacationers for a great space to chat. It features a large TV and also a separate work space to set up if needing to be a "working vacation." We also offer the highest speed internet available! The main living area offers plush seating; here you can relax and take advantage of the TV's smart features and stream your favorite shows, or just enjoy a good book by the windows which let in some great natural lighting.

This home offers a fully equipped kitchen, with a pleasing aesthetic and lots of utility, with spacious countertops and high-quality stainless-steel appliances, also to include a regular coffee maker! A nice dining table can seat your guests, giving you a place to take your meals inside, from quick breakfasts to sit-down dinners.

Three bedrooms in this home make it the perfect size for vacations with family or celebratory getaways with your friends. The first bedroom (master) offers a queen bed with a private bath. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. The king bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom. These two bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs but complimentary Wi-Fi at the highest speed makes connecting your devices easy! Please note you will need to bring your firestick, roku, etc. to watch your favorite shows and movies as no cable is provided in the bedrooms. The living room and sunroom TVs have cable access as well as streaming capabilities.

Outside, you'll find a newly landscaped area with a nice set of outdoor chairs and table! Relax in the evenings with your cocktails in the fresh salty air while you cook dinner on the gas grill! You'll also find a spacious front lawn where you can toss around a frisbee or football! This home also has an outdoor beach hose, making it easy to rinse off after a day on the sand!

Recap Bed Sizes: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Over all a great stay! Could have use more makeup wash clothes since we had 5 ladies staying and a couple more rolls of TP. Other than that the house was perfect!

Great location but house smells musty
We love IOP and the Charleston area. We have been coming for many years and loved the location of this house (walk to beach, park and short drive to great restaurants on Sullivan’s Island). The house had recently been renovated, however, there was a pretty strong musty smell in the house. Evidently we got used to it. Although when we returned home and unpacked our suitcases, everything still had the musty smell. Might want to consider replacing the h vac system and install an air purifier.

Property was as described. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent location in terms of proximity to the beach, variety of very good restaurants and grocery store. Loved the laid back feel of the island. The only main issue we had with the rental company was in getting a hair dryer. The house was supposed to come with two but there was just one broken one. We had to wait 3 days for a replacement. All other problems were related to internet connectivity, tv remote and use of various networks that all required subscriptions. Written instructions would have been very helpful.

What a gem!
We loved staying here for a weekend. It was a perfect house for two adults and two children. Nice and modern and the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. Spotless. Couldn't recommend this enough!

Best house on IOP for small family
Let me start by saying, I have had some interesting experiences with people putting better pictures up on their listings and then the actual house failed to impress. This house was a unique surprise as the pictures don't do it justice and one of the nicer houses we have stayed out on Isle of Palms. The house is very clean and completely updated which helps as my wife always gets frustrated at dirty houses that don't feel clean. We ended up renting a golf cart and took it to the beach one morning (5 minute ride or less) and then went to Islander 71 for dinner which was also so close. When we were leaving we saw the marina did boat rentals and have already planned a trip back to this house next summer and the marina is only 1 mile away. Highly recommend this house for anyone to rent and literally have zero complaints as the check in and check out process was seamless.

Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
