Beautiful large home.

The Port of Call was the perfect place for our family reunion. We had plenty of space for 20 adults and three children. Pool was well maintained and our own access to the beach was fabulous.

Great for Family Reunion!

The property was amazing and exactly as described in the listing. Biggest drawback was that the ramp leading to beach was under water which hampered our wheelchair guests from enjoying the beach up close!

Great property for a large group

Overall experience was great. Only issues we had were the main kitchen sink had a bad leak at one point during the week. And 1 of the 2 dishwashers shorts out and did not work. Other than those it was a beautiful house. Would recommend to others.

We had a great stay!

What a beautiful property! The pool was exceptional! Easy to get to the beach! Amenities covered everything we needed. And any issues we had were attended to immediately! I would definitely stay there again. :)

Gorgeous, spacious home

We have a group of 20+ college girlfriends in our 50's now who get together every other year. We have stayed here twice, and this is our favorite home to come to. The home is very clean, it is lovely, the location is great, the kitchen is well stocked, management company process was very smooth, etc. We hope to stay here again.

Gorgeous house

This house was even better than the pictures! Clearly recently updated, carpets looked brand new. Spacious bedrooms and each bedroom has a private bathroom, making it perfect for our group with 9 couples + babies (+ nanny). Made for a luxury beach weekend reunion with friends.

One word--Amazing!! The house was immaculate, the area is so much fun. The views are just out of the world. Best time ever. We were there during Hurricane Ian, the property manager was hands down the best I have EVER worked with! We will be back!!!!

Amazing house for family reunion

We had 12 kids and 16 adults for a family reunion and this house was perfect for us. The bedrooms and baths are huge and spread out so it never seemed that there were that many of us there until we all gathered in the kitchen/living area which accommodated all of us for community time. The pool was great. Isle of Palms is lovely and Charleston is close and so much fun. It all could not have been better. Deb

50th Birthday Celebration

We had 20 guests come to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Everything was wonderful. The house has everything. Beds were exceptional. Everyone loved it! Minor things that I wish were there were more seasonings for cooks. I have been to many VRBO with a nice selection. Also, if its beach front I would expect a certain amount of beach chairs or a credit towards rental.

December 2016 Visit

The pictures on the web site don't do this property justice. It is so much more fantastic than can be expressed by the pictures shown. This home is incredibly furnished inside and out. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset on the porches and an evening cocktail by the fire pit. The kids played football in the yard, practiced chipping and putting and had a mean ping-pong tournament. Fantastic!

This was the perfect home for our family get away. There were 16 of us, ranging in age from 5 to 75 and the house was big enough so that everyone could spread out and have some privacy when needed, but be together in the large common living spaces. Everything was clean and luxurious. The heated pool provided hours of fun and being right on the ocean for walks, swimming, shell collecting and watching the sunrises and sunsets was amazing. The management company was very responsive to all of our needs and requests. They were also so helpful in giving referrals for private chefs and things to do. As a family, we created beautiful memories and all the younger kids are already asking to return!

AWESOME!!!!

Staying at Port of Call was the best family get away for the 16 of us. We ranged in age from five to seventy five and a magnificent time was had by all! The home is gorgeous and spacious with every amenity a person could want. Having the heated pool, the putting green, the huge lawn expanse and being right on the ocean all made for a perfect vacation. There were plenty of places to play or simply relax and enjoy the beauty of the property. The sunrises and sunsets and shell collecting were amazing. We could not have asked for a more perfect place for a long postponed family get away. The management property was helpful with suggestions as well as incredibly responsive if we needed anything done or taken care of. We highly recommend Port of Call!!!

Dreamy Wedding House

To start this off, this house was beyond our expectations. From the first steps of walking in, you felt like you were in an oasis. The house smelled clean, TVs were playing music, and all the lights were on and it was truly just magical. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you could ever need. Each bedroom was extremely spacious. This house was used for our wedding and it couldn’t have been a better house/location for the type of intimate wedding that we desired. If you’re looking for a small, intimate wedding house/ location, look no further because this is the one. We will hopefully be back in years to come!!

Great House (Very Minor Critiques)

This was a great house and we enjoyed our stay. I think for the price they should make a few minor changes but overall we had a great time and it is exactly what it looks like. (Would Recommend) Things we noticed that you might want to know: 1) The walkway to the beach doesnt have lights or a railing which is not great for kids or older folks. 2) The 3rd floor porch can only be accessed through bedrooms so its not use much. 3) Its a very buggy area and we got bite alot, not sure if this is reflective of the area or not pest spraying enough. 4) They should have added more seating to the main room since that is the only hang out room, preferably another sectional in the dead space.

Dream Home & This is How We Lived It!

Besides being a stunning, spacious, open layout, ocean views, gorgeously decorated, in a great location, this home is dreamy and truly is the most perfect escape. The important things-yes clean, in an area super easy to get around (easy to relax or island explore), the reservation co very responsive, house comes stocked, and more. The property management, Karen and Sandy, do a great job telling you what the house comes with and they also provide a suggestion list. They also have great referrals to these items-we rented corn hole from Beach and Games To Go in Isle of Palms (the owners are amazing), golf carts from Just Beachy (so easy to reserve online), bikes from Carolina Bike and Beach (Rick and Angela amazing) and a oyster and blue crab with seafood boil with the guys from The Smoking Pot. Listen, the house is an easy drive to other places, but it is a stunning experience in itself. We could not have enjoyed it more. And the fact that it was clean, things were not broken or half worked, had supplies and excellent communication made it a dream from start to finish. We all were living our best life!

Simply the Best House on The Island

This was our second stay at 3400 Palm Blvd and it was amazing last time, but thanks to some barely-needed renovations, the house is officially beyond measure. The layout and pictures are accurate (though the bunk rooms have newer and nicer furniture). The house is clean and perfectly maintained. The layout is perfect for a large group. We have rented from other agencies in the Charleston and Kiawah area and decided after this trip that we will only rent through Exclusive Properties (who manages the VRBO link). They bend over backwards to accommodate special requests, and even when a request can't be fulfilled (in our case, a late check out due to another group's arrival), they are so kind and reasonable that you feel like you're dealing with an old friend. We had no issues with the property, and the only activities that took part in took place on the grounds of the house: cooking big meals in the kitchen, swimming in the heated pool, holding a father/son golf tournament on the one hole golf course in the back, playing full football games on the green, and enjoying the beach. We will be back! In fact, we've already booked the same house for our next gathering a mere 6 hours after departure.
