No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 2207 at The Grand Sandestin®. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 2207 at The Grand Sandestin®. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.


 


Please NOTE:
The Grand at Sandestin has a secure parking garage that is accessed by a QR Code, which must be purchased separately.
A link will be sent to your phone number/email 60 days before check-in, in order to purchase access to the garage.


Access to the garage should be purchased before arrival (by guest), and costs $10 per vehicle. 


 


Please ALSO NOTE:


Extensions of the garage access can be provided at no extra cost, if booking is extended BEFORE check-in date.
If booking is extended AFTER check-in date, a new QR code must be purchased for the extended dates of stay (at $10/vehicle).
