Its just a room right.

This is a very low key hotel/suite. You can see theyre trying, but no one was at the checkin desk at arrival or check out. They were very professional and showed in a very short time after I called. When i got on the room, there was a sign about cleaning the coffee maker.There was no coffee maker. There was also no trash can or iron on the room. I did not call to fix this. I figured no one would be at the desk again. There was a fridge, and a built in hot plate, and a microwave, which had no turn plate. The dishwasher needed claning. I wanted to like this stay better. A waste basket and iron would have helped greatly.

Fraudulent Host, ROTTEN Experience

This place was only a step up from a homeless shelter. I cannot express me frustration enough. The host. Roompicks, listed a suite with a comfortable and separate bedroom and living room which was well supplied and clean. What we got was a flop house that was only a single room space that had no amenities, not even towels. The attendant took us to two other rooms and they were also dingy and poorly kept. Also, the hallways reeked of marijuana and the element hanging around the building made me feel unsafe. We immediately booke other arrangements. The attendant looked puzzled as to why we wanted to stay there and basically told us that this was transient housing and that vacation guests do not stay there. I’ve notified both VRBO and Roompicks that I want to be fully refunded because once I saw what I was getting I did not stay even 25 minutes. After looking at a few reviews of their company, most people had similar horror stories about them. I wish I’d seen them before booking. Roompicks is a fraud and VRBO should not allow them to list on the website any longer.
