There was no good thing to say about this place. Bad road to get in the property. Only a few dishes and utensils. 2 towels for 2 people for a week. Saw big dogs pooping everywhere and not cleaning up. Tub drained slow so had to stand in water when showering, carpet really stained Would consider this place a dump!

The staff were very friendly and the check in process was easy. We found the room dirty with stains on the bedding, splatters on the mirror, and hair on the floor. That being said, the front desk was very apologetic and accommodating, offering to switch our room or refund us.

Great stay

When we checked in we were told that the room type I had reserved was unavailable, so we were given an upgrade. The suite was amazing! I was impressed by the professionalism and proactivity of solving the room issue before we even arrived! Check in and check out were extremely simple
