This house is perfect for a family getaway or a retreat with friends. The main floor has two bedrooms with two king-sized beds, large & luxurious bathrooms, a spacious great room with a charming kitchen, dining and living area, sunroom, private workspace, and patio. Down the stairs are two more bedrooms (Queen and a Full/Twin Bunk) and an oversized game room with a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, bar, ice maker, and couch area to watch TV. Beautiful Stay with Incredible Views

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful—exactly as described in the listing—with stunning views of the mountains and valley. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Grant was a fantastic host: responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic mountain getaway!

Ice maker did not work. When asked about it hosr asked me to take the water filter out myself to get it working properly. Timely replies when messaging host. Still waiting on reimbursement for purchased ice.House itself was beautiful and at the top of a steep hill with views of the entire city. Game room was a great place to hang out with family.

The ice maker was down during Thanksgiving and we couldn't get anyone up there to check on it. We apologized and told them we would reimburse them for any ice needed. We reimbursed them $32 for 8 bags of ice during a 3 night stay. They claimed that everyone had brought their "big cups" and that they needed ice. I recently got an ice maker creating ice again at our office by temporarily taking out the water filter. It is a simple process and since the ice maker being down was an emergency, we were just trying to come up with a solution for this group. The water filter was indeed clogged and we have changed it out and the ice maker is currently working.

Great Location with Beautiful View

This beautiful home provided a perfect location for our annual family get together. We loved the set up. The living space was open and had so many windows to take full advantage of the mountain vista. The place was wonderful with plenty to do inside when it rained and of course, just a few miles from everything in Hot Springs. We loved it and plan to return.

Great view

Very nice house, neighborhood is nice. Could use a little more as far as pots in the kitchen but over all is was sufficient. Very roomy.

Breathtaking

Great home. Pics do not do it justice. Easy to get to anything in Hot Springs. Will be back. Kitchen stocked well except needs some larger bowls.

Weekend visit

The home was majestic! The views were spectacular! Amenities weee lots of fun. Only draw and it’s small is it list no pets and there is a definite odor of previous pets. Still recommend

Exceptional!!!

Pictures do not do this amazing place justice!! The house is so beautiful and that view!!!! You will fall in love with this place!! Our family had the most amazing time!! Customer service was outstanding!!! Everything we needed was there and it was just perfect!! We've stayed a lot of places in Hot Springs, but this by far was the absolute best!! Grant and his team are wonderful to work with! You will not be disappointed!!

Majestic Mountain

This was an excellent Home away from Home., The View was spectacular, and we really enjoyed our stay. I recommend this Home to anyone who does not need to leave the home to have an awesome gathering. We had one minor issue regarding the remote control, The problem was resolve and Grant had the new remotes delivered to the front door. I only have one recommendation for future stay, please ensure enough hand/face towels per bathrooms, not sure if this was an oversite.

Perfection!!!

This gorgeous home was everything we hoped for and more. The road leading up to the house was literally climbing up the mountain. Once at the top, the views were breathtaking. The back patio and sun room were a great place to sit and view the sunsrises and sunsets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, skillets, mixing bowls, and every utensil you could need. The game room kept the kids busy. Surround sound speakers throughout sounded amazing. Beds were all super comfortable, fresh and clean. Lots of extra pillows and blankets were available if needed. Bathrooms well stocked with essentials, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, plenty of towels. Jetted tub of was very powerful and relaxing. Absolute perfection! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Good - We were there for the once in a lifetime total eclipse experience and were not disappointed. The house and views were incredible. The town of Hot Springs is charming and the people were incredibly friendly. Bad - There was no internet even though advertised, we needed access for work and school assignments. This was a real hardship, relying on personal hotspots was iffy at best. I’m a retired LAN Analyst and my family members are all very savvy tech users. This was not user error, this was host error. We decided to do all the cooking in house. For such a high price place the kitchen utensils and pots and pans were yard sale quality. The house has so many light switches, labels or a layout would be helpful. Shutting off all lights and fans as a check-out requirement is challenging. The towel supply is skimpy. Ugly - 10 AM check-out. Beds must be stripped and linens deposited in the laundry room, the lights and fans shut off and all the dirty dishes washed or loaded into the dishwasher. With a group of 9 people the 2+ hour cycle dishwasher was inadequate to be able to do all the breakfast dishes on departure day. We washed several loads by hand. Only 3 dishwasher pods for 3 day stay. The towel supply might not have been a “bad” issue had we not been searching for extra towels. During the quest we found a vomit soaked rug under the sink in the biggest suite upstairs. The smell was overwhelming, don’t know how this got missed, we left it for the cleaning crew.

Susan - I'm sorry your trip did not go as planned but I was surprised to read some of these things. These issues were not brought up during your trip and we had to find out about them here. We would have gladly helped troubleshoot the internet situation and got the provider involved if we had known it was an issue. We also did not have anyone checking in after you and would have gladly let you extend your check-out. We talked with our cleaning team and the towel issue was an oversight. We had plenty in the owners closet so not sure why this happened. The vomit soaked rug was definitely our fault, and we apologize about that. We feel like the guest who was responsible, intended to hide it and that is why we did not find it in this 5,000 sq ft property. Again, I am sorry your trip was disappointing, but we aim to keep guest experiences at a 5-star and would have done everything in our power to help over come these issues if we had known about them during your stay.

Our family had a wonderful 3 night stay. The house and the views were beautiful. It was clean, very comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed the game room and we made use of the outdoor grill. We will definitely be back soon for another stay.

Beyond Expectations

The pictures don't do this place justice. The property is gorgeous, with unbeatable views. Just 10 minutes from downtown, yet secluded and peaceful. The house is much bigger and nicer than I expected - we were blown away by the quality and size of the property. Highly recommend!
