Brand new condo located in Northern Cochabamba.

This lovely condo is in the heart of the city of Cochabamba.
You have the choice of overlooking the mountains and seeing the Cristo De La Concordia or over the looking the city from the 12th floor.

Relax in the meditation garden, or take a swim in the heated infinity pool that has a stunning view over the city and mountains on the 12th floor of this condo.

This condo is conveniently located on the 7th floor of a guarded building. You will have access to the private cinema, roof top heated infinity pool, bbq grills, and a gym. It also included a private gated parking space.

You will be located in one of Cochabamba's most desirable areas. Within a 10 minute walk or less you will find pharmacy, local market, grocery store, laundromat, restaurants, shopping mall and Cochabamba's nigth life.

    Catherine was an amazing host who reached out prior to our arrival with restaurant recommendations and was very accommodating as we needed to make a slight change to our travel dates. The condo was perfect for us. Super clean and well decorated throughout. Great pool and garden area on the roof with sweeping views of Cochabamba. We loved it and will definitely be renting again when we return to Bolivia.

    This brand new luxury condo was completed in 2022, and is located 7 stories above the beautiful city of Cochabamba, Bolivia. You will overlook the city with mountain views and a view of the popular 'Cristo De La Concordia'. If you're looking to stay in Cochabamba's most desirable area, then look no further. This condo is equipped with everything you could need, and within a 10 minute walk or less to the supermarket, night life, laundromat, pharmacy, restaurants, the local market and a high-end shopping mall all for your convenience.

    There is a private heated infinity pool located on the 12th floor that overlooks the city, and a relaxing lounge area to soak up the sun equipped with grills for barbecuing, a tranquil meditation garden, and well-equipped gym to keep in shape while you enjoy all the tasty creations this city has to offer. If you want to stay in and catch a movie, you don't have to go far. Featured on site is a well-appointed screening room for your viewing pleasure.

    The condo itself has most, if not all the things you would need to enjoy your stay here. The kitchen is well-equipped, and ready for you to cook in, or bring your favorite Bolivian dishes home to enjoy.
