Overnight for vacation stop

Stephanie was a fabulous host. The place is quite spacious and very clean. She had added a crate for my 6lb. dog to sleep in that was quite large. She isn’t going to want to downsize now we are home. She had cat toys available and overall it was an amazing experience. Will definitely stay there again and would quite happily recommend her place.
Merlin feels that Stephanie’s place is definitely a superior accommodation. He would visit again

Comfortable and Homie

The property is very nice and clean. A nice homie feeling and very relaxing. Close to my daughter's house, so a perfect location with Walmart nearby. We will definitely stay there again.

Highly Recommend this property!

Location is great, very clean home, really appreciated the firepit for the evenings. Everything you need for your stay is there. May suggest possibly a regular coffee pot in addition to the keurig. We highly recommend this property, as Stefanie is fabulous to deal with!

Great Stay! Easy drive to Cocopah Speedway.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was an easy drive for us to Cocopah Speedway. Will definitely book again when we are in the area! Thank you to Stephanie for easy communication and the book with all the details for us!

Two week vacation

This was our first time to Yuma and booking a VRBO there. Our experience was terrific!!! Stefanie, our host has a wonderful home and a great yard for both people and for dogs. Stephanie has given great thought of everything needed in a home and we really enjoyed our stay.Comfortable bed and spacious home. Would definitely come back again.

This Vrbo has everything you need for a wonderful stay.•Kitchen is open and spacious. Everything you may need to cook a yummy meal.• Master suite is beautiful with a large bathroom area that includes a walk in closet.•Kid's bedroom has fun toys, books, and games to entertain your littles.•3rd bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a large closet.•ALL rooms have overhead fans and lights you control with a remote.• Backyard has a gazebo with a propane fire table, BBQ, and outdoor games.This place is perfect place for couples or families to stay for a few nights, or for an extened stay.

Home away from home

From the moment we walked up to the front door, everything was themed for Christmas. It was beautiful. This property has everything you need. High speed wifi, ice machine and every kitchen utensil you could ask for. This is the place to stay in Yuma. Trust me. Thank you for a great stay and can't wait to get back to Yuma soon. Cheers!!!

Christmas Visit

Our stay in Yuma was perfect! My husband, our 13 year old son, our 2 dogs, and I all loved this extremely clean, spacious townhome. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make sure their home is completely comfortable for guests. We especially appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations! Our dogs loved having the backyard to run and play in as we enjoyed the fire table in the evenings. My parents winter in Yuma, so it was a fabulous place to stay while we visited and celebrated the holidays with them, and then had our own space to return to, to relax and unwind at when the festivities ended for the day. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very welcoming home

We really enjoyed our 2 nights in Yuma. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. Since it was 3 ladies, we used all 3 bedrooms and everything was fine! We enjoyed one of the board games one evening, too. It was a corner property but it was quiet! We only used the refrigerator, ice maker and microwave and coffee pot so I can't comment on Washer/Dryer. dishwasher or stove. Would definitely stay there again if in Yuma.

Home away from home

We really appreciated that we could bring our pup along while I was getting my next major round of Dentals done in Los Algadones, MX. Highly recommend you consider this if you need a stay in Yuma, AZ. It is your home away from home. So many considerate amenities added that you would not get in a hotel. Very spacious and clean. They even threw in some options for pets and kids. I really can't think of anything negative about this lovely place. So many thoughtful details. The Hosts are amazing too. Hopefully I can stay again with my last round of Dentals. I absolutely Love this place.

Hello! My husband, Chris and I host 2 properties. A cabin in the mountains of Heber Overgaard, AZ and a Townhouse in the desert Soutwest of Yuma, Az. We were both raised in Yuma and have 3 adult children and 1 grandson.

The townhouse is a newly built Townhouse in the Foothills of Yuma Az. This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1386 sq ft home is on an oversized end lot with beautiful sunrises from the back patio. I started doing short term renting in 2015 and truly enjoy hosting. None of our children live in Arizona anymore so it also allows us to have a place they can stay when they come to visit us. Yuma is a small town with a big heart, we welcome you to come explore what the area has to offer.
