Stunningly remodeled 3-bedroom/2.5 bath in a split family home with modern decor. Offers open concept living, dining and chef's kitchen with EcoWater reverse osmosis water purifier system. Enjoy a spacious patio, gas griddle, and saltwater pool. Enjoy the serene garden and flat grassy areas with the privacy of a fenced backyard. Exercise equipment (Peloton tread) included.
IMPORTANT:
You can charge your electric car in the parking of our property just paying an Electric Fee of $30 dollars per night of charge. Events are subject for approval, so please inform us of your plans in advance of booking. For approved small get togethers (up to 15 additional guests not staying at the home), we charge an additional $150 cleaning fee. For larger events, such as birthday and graduation parties, will charge $10 extra per person to be paid at the time of bookings, max 50 guests or $500.

This is our first home and we fell in love with it. Though it is nestled in a well-established neighborhood from the 60s, it has been totally remodeled. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, spacious split-level house is offers a fantastic open-concept layout, flowing above street-level entrance to the living, dining and kitchen area, overlooking the den a few steps down, and then out toward the patio and pool. The space is a perfect mixture of light and space, warmth and relaxation.

The house includes a chef's dream kitchen: large 4-seater marble-top island with deep kitchen sink and goose-neck pull-down faucet, Thor Kitchen refrigerator, 5-range gas DCS stove with convection oven, Thor Kitchen dishwasher, stocked pantry items such as oil and spices, J.A. Henckles International knife set, complete 12-person cutlery and Sur-la-Table Bistro dinnerware set, expandable and height-adjustable dining table, coffee grinder, De Longhi espresso maker, Cuisinart 14-cup coffee maker, microwave, 4-slot toaster.
Enjoy the beautiful outdoors from the balcony. It offers cozy patio furniture overlooking the pool and perfect for star and airplane gazing nights. The pool is equipped for relaxing on the lounge chairs or floating by swimmers. The house features a 10-seater outdoor dining table and gas grill.
The master bedroom features a Sleep Number split king-sized bed with remote control to adjust head and feet height, sleep number and comes with feet warming. The third bedroom has a full-size standard bed and a twin bed. It also has a height-adjustable desk with anti-fatigue standing mat and desk chair.
