Midcentury Modern Bungalow Bethel Woods/White Lake

This newly renovated midcentury modern home is perfect for a nice country getaway – Only 2 hours from NYC, located in a quiet neighborhood in White Lake, and 10 minutes from Bethel Art Center, this bright and sunny home is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a concert or a day out exploring.

The space
Living Area and Kitchen:
This stylish space boasts an open concept with 2 large living areas, a dining area, and a kitchen with an island. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including all appliances (Drip coffee, Nespresso, French press, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave, stove, oven). The main living room features a large wood burning stove (winter rentals only), TV with streaming abilities, DVD player, record player, and Bluetooth. The 2nd living area contains a large sofa, bar cart and accessories, and a workspace with monitor and keyboard hookup.

Bedrooms:
The home has 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: King size bed, TV with streaming, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: King size bed
Bedroom 3: This room can either be set up as a single twin or double twin room

Bathrooms:
There are 2 bathrooms, one in the hallway with a shower and one off the master bedroom with a shower/tub combo.

Outside:
There is a deck in the front of the house with a small seating area. The backyard boasts a large patio with a dining table, seating area, propane grill, and propane heater (for those chilly nights). The back yard has plenty of room to play and has a fire pit.

Basic Rules
We currently have an added fee for guests over 2 people with a max of 6 people - Requests for couch 7th or 8th person must be made prior.
Outside fire pit is not permitted past 10pm as per HOA rules.
Community amenities are not permitted for short term rentals.
Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, front, and back yards.

Conveniently located, just 10 minutes from Bethel Arts Center. Less than 5 minutes to restaurants/bars and Lake area, 20 minutes to Resort Worlds Casino, 15 minutes to Monticello Raceway, and tons of other great places to go and explore!
