What a great time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was in working order and Tony and Diane were always available for quick recommendations for some of our day trips in and out of the area. Enjoyed the quiet and safe nieborhood, conviently located to downtown and marine area. Enjoyed the spacious home and beautiful back yard porch area. We are highly considering staying again next year. Thanks Tony and Diane for making our stay so great.

A beautiful home in a lovely area

We stayed in this house for three months, and it was such a nice place! Tony and Diane did a wonderful job of making our stay the best it could be. The house was very clean and everything was in great condition. It's also in a very nice part of town, and we took advantage of the nearby parks many times during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and has a lot of character. The rooms are good sized and very comfortable, and we really appreciated having air conditioning through the summer. The gas grill on the back deck was also a very welcome addition! On one Friday the clothes dryer stopped working, but Diane put our wet laundry in their dryer next door, and Tony didn't waste any time getting it fixed. A repair guy showed up Saturday morning and had it fixed within the hour. That's a situation that can easily separate good property managers from the bad. We had a great time and highly recommend staying here. Tony and Diane won't fail to impress.

Very clean, spacious and affordable!

This was a great house located in a beautiful neighborhood, 5 minutes from downtown and the marina. Our daughter loved playing at the park nearby. The interior was very clean, had every amenity you could think of. We enjoyed grilling on the back porch as well as cooking in the large kitchen which had a huge selection of cookware and utensils. The rooms were cozy and reasonably-sized. Best of all, Tony is great to work with and really did everything he could to make our stay a pleasant one. We will certainly rent from him again if we are in the area. Greg and Erin
