Utilities;
The total rate includes 15% tax, US $ 200, – final cleaning and allowance for water and electricity in the amount of 11, -US$ per night, and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities shall be at your discretion and your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of 400 US$.

Supplies:
Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products.
