This renovated home has an abundance of natural light and décor to mirror the beautiful Texas hill country. Guests will enjoy the cozy, minimalist style which maximizes the open floor plan. Blinds throughout and a full bathroom for each bedroom offer privacy after a day on the water. Between the rocking chairs on the porch, table in the backyard and waterfront Adirondack chairs, there is an outdoor space for everyone to enjoy.
Guests have access to the entire home, including:
- full kitchen, dining space and huge living room
- 2 spacious bedrooms
- 2 full bathrooms with all amenities
- 2 walk in closets
- separate office with corner desk and monitor
- laundry room with full-size washer and dryer
and sequestered property, including:
- fenced and gated deck
- shaded outdoor dining area
- fully fenced side yard
- waterfront, grass sitting area
- 6 car driveway
Garage access available upon request.

Our quaint home is the perfect place to relax and unplug. Located on the water and adjacent to one of Granite Shoals many lake front parks w/ a public boat ramp, gives guest many options to launch a boat or just enjoy the views from the porch.
