As a cinematographer meets hair and makeup artist, big ideas are bound to happen and this is OUR big idea! WE love this home so much and believe you will too. Slash records founder Bob Biggs and wife Kim, built the house with groundbreaking architect Carl Day, and while it looks new, it's over 25 years old! We fell in love with this land and this house and think you will too.

Small gatherings are extra special here as your group can gather for an intimate time, or spread out and enjoy many areas of the home. Spaces for activities with the group or in private moments abound in this gorgeous private secluded location.

With three floors of open concept, theres plenty of room to spread out and enjoy privacy for everyone! First floor open living dining and massive bed. Upstairs you'll find the only bathroom, cozy but complete. Another bedroom with two twin trundle style beds. Vast mezzanine office space for work. 3RD floor cupola perfect for anyone who's into gaming. Surrounded by 360 windows.
Being right next to Tomo Kanhi State park gives you access to tours offered by appointment in spring and fall. Our land offers very similar hikes, topography, caves, petroglyphs and geological displays to that of the park. Only a mile from the Sand Canyon Ranch wedding venue.
WE also offer camping, RV parking (W/O hookups) and Glamping tent set up in your choice of locations. Need to sleep an additional 6-8 people? We've got something for you.
