Birch Meadow - Awesome, spacious contemporary home with a large level lawn, a covered porch and an 800 square foot rear open deck. The multilevel deck steps down to an in-ground pool. Families especially enjoy this area with ample room for outdoor dining and relaxing. Gracious landscaping, wooden and brick walkways complement this meticulous home.

This home has an inviting open floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on the second floor. Cathedral ceilings enhance the bedrooms on the second floor.

Perfect place close to dreams park!

The house was the perfect size for us! The pool was lovely and it was <10 mins from dreams park. The owner was wonderful and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend staying with her if you have a 2-3 families looking for a home close to dreams park!

So lucky to find this place!

So lucky to find this place! The house was perfect for our group. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The owner was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Cooperstown!

Birch Meadow Knocks It Out the Park

If you are coming to Cooperstown, Birch Meadow is a home run. The house is immaculate and the setting is beautiful. Very spacious house that has everything you need. With plenty of room to spread out, to the pool in the back, to everything you need to cook a meal inside or out back on the grill, Birch Meadow has it all. Very quiet setting and not far from either park. We played at CDP and it is a quick drive to both the park and downtown Cooperstown. The owner communicates with your during your visit and is quick to respond to any request you may have.

Spacious, clean, fantastic house!

This house worked great for 4 couples to stay in while our kids played at All Star Village. It was clean, spacious and had perfect hang out areas inside and outside. The layout was perfect for our needs. The drive was a little far to ASV multiple times a day, but we carpooled and made it work.

Perfect Cooperstown Retreat – Relaxing, Well-Equipped, and Conveniently Located

We had a fantastic stay at this rental house in Cooperstown! From the moment we arrived, the home offered a peaceful, relaxing environment that was exactly what we needed. The setting was quiet and scenic, providing a true getaway vibe while still being just a short, manageable drive from all the main attractions—including Dreams Park, the Baseball Hall of Fame, and local restaurants. Pictures do not do this place justice!! It was AMAZING

The pictures of this home really do not do it justice, it was perfect! We had 4 families stay here while our boys played baseball all week at Cooperstown dreams park. The drive to the park was just about 10 mins from the house which was perfect for us actually, we were outside of town and in nature, with abundance of deer, birds and rabbits! The pool was so great especially after coming back from the fields in the extreme heat the week we were there (100 degrees!) The pool was perfect it was just cool enough and we spent pretty much every day in it. The front porch worked out perfect for us when it was raining outside we got to still enjoy the outdoors while that was going on. Fire pit was wonderful at night and just the entire property was perfect!!!
