Great location

The house was clean and spacious, making it ideal for our group of four. It was air-conditioned and provided more than enough amenities, including towels, for our entire stay. Additionally, the HOF Museum was only a 6-7 minute drive away, making our stay truly fulfilling.

Easy access for Cooperstown Dreams Park and Cooperstown

Fair pricing for a home that is clean and easy to maneuver. Beds were comfortable in all 3 rooms. Showers, kitchen, living room space was plentiful. We were hardly present because of a baseball tournament at Dreams Park, but when we were present, our stay was pleasant. Games room in the garage is a nice addition.

Great stay at fly creek

We had a great stay at fly creek. The house was great for the younger kids with a little play room in the house and a game room in the garage. Bedding was comfortable and the communication with the house manager was outstanding!

The property was adequate. Could have used a little more cleaning especially sweeping out the garage and cobwebs overhead in the small porch area--general maintenance. Few other minor issues but property manager responded quickly to help resolve.

Stayed a week while at Cooperstown. Great location to hall of fame and fields. Enjoyed walking to the general store. Kids loved the games in the garage.

Beautifully redone farmhouse. Kitchens and bathrooms were redone. Common rooms were sparsely furnished making it difficult to gather. Kitchen was well stocked, but other basic amenities were lacking such as conditioner, shampoo, and body wash in the showers. The games room was a nice touch. Great location! Short drive to Cooperstown and the Hall of Fame. Fly Creek Cider & Orchard is a must visit!

Wonderful Farm House

The house was just a few miles away from the Baseball Hall of Fame. The Property Manager left us with a bottle and wine and coffee, would recommend to stay.

Visiting Cooperstown

The house was as advertised. It is conveniently located close to downtown Cooperstown. The remodel bathrooms were nice though small. The kitchen was very usableI would return for future visits.

Beautiful, homey setting right near Cooperstown. It was the perfect location for our weekend visit. Very comfortable, easily housed my husband and me, our 3 kids, and my dad. The kids LOVED the new gaming space in the garage - that was an added bonus! Also, host was incredibly responsive and helpful, immediately answering any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Great old farmhouse near Cooperstown.

Five day stay while cheering on 13 year old Grandsons little league team at Cooperstown Dreams Park. 150 year old renovated farmhouse in the small village of Fly Creek. Short walk to the Fly Creek General Store, 3 miles to Cooperstown, 7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Cute place to stay!

We spent the majority of the time at the ball fields since we were there for our son playing at Cooperstown Dreamspark. The location of the home to the fields was perfect! We loved the Fly Creek Mill, what a little gem that was! The game barn was a huge benefit, our kids loved playing in there every day, especially when we had an entire day of games called due to rain. The home has been remodeled and was cute, clean, and fit our needs for the week. The owner was extremely responsive when answering any questions we had. We would recommend!

Family gathering

From the start, Brian the owner put me at ease when welcoming us to stay in his home. It was a new experience for much of my family that joined me and the whole time they complimented the beauty of the home and how amazing it is. The the owner's kept the character of the history of the home but tastefully in my opinion made all the amenities convenient. Great space for being with a large group. It was a true home away from home. I would love the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Wanted to like it...

The good...Good location...a large property less than 10 minutes from Cooperstown. The house is large with lots of room to move around with really good central A/C.The bad...Place needs alot of updating. It is very old and the second story has not been updated to match the first which has been remodeled as good as can be. Place has well water, which smells of sulfur, when running hot water to shower or use sinks. Water pressure is light for that reason, although the kitchen has great pressure to wash dishes. Other drawbacks are the mattresses are old and very thin...cheap 6 inch mattresses. As my title states, I wanted to like it but unfortunately was a major disappointment for us. If you want something fairly cheap with a historical type of charm, and build quality, you'll be OK but if you are only a couple look elsewhere.Had contact with owner and they appear eager to improve the place and appreciated suggestions and feedback on what could be improved. Could be a gem in the future but for now it is a work in progress.

No A/C as advertised. It was hot upstairs even with the fans and windows open at night. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table. Walkable to a general store. Not a bad drive to Cooperstown or Dreams Park.
