This charming home offers you and your guests, spacious rooms with a host of amenities that will make your stay an even more satisfying experience. Located in the historic Bloomingdale neighborhood, the home has a cozy deck and parking out back to accommodate 2 medium-sized vehicles. The house also backs the Crispus Attucks Park which you are also able to enjoy.

It was an amazing place to stay. Space, location and amenities were fantastic. Having a parking space (that we didn't have to pay for) was an added amenity. We enjoyed the balcony patio in the back yard with a view of the park. The "personal touches" didn't go unoticed - bottled water, lots of coffee and tea, many snack items, vacumned furniture, plenty of bath towels, toilet paper and even kleenex (very rare)!! Amazing communications with the owner - prompt and thorough. We will be return guests!

Super cute row house. Loved the location. Easy drive to museums and walkable to great restaurants in the area. The neighborhood is a perfect break from the ultra city feel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Bloomingdale Row Home. The host provided so many extra perks to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of snacks, coffees, teas and bottled water. If you were planning on cooking your meals during your stay, everything you would need was there. The host also provided a book with information for nearby grocery stories, restaurants, and the closest bus stop. We walked to one of the nearby Italian restaurants, mentioned in the book, for pizza twice it was so good. The bathrooms were also stocked with any toiletries you might need. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck and the private parking space was a definite plus. If we are ever in Washington again, we would not hesitate to book this lovely row home again.

This Air B &B was clean, spacious, and loaded with amenities. It is located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood that offers access to a small outdoor park setting facing the back area, it is enclosed only to the row houses in the area. Perfect for a morning walk or afternoon relaxation. All of the rooms were of great size and decor, The three bathrooms were sufficient for our use. Host communicated information very timely, and we felt confident and excited about our trip. Will definitely love to stay here again. It was a wonderful experience.

Loved our stay. We were able to explore during the day and then relax comfortably in the evenings or walk to nearby restaurants. It was ideal for our family.

Mom and Dad first time at DC.

The house was perfectly located for us. The neighborhood was excellent and the property was clean and very inviting. Will stay here again when we come back.
