The view from the deck is phenomenal, and you can enjoy the views from the windows that stretch all the way from the dining area to the living area to the master bedroom. You can access the deck from anywhere upstairs, and there is a lower deck outside the guest bedroom and the den downstairs. Artesian hot tub with seating for 5 found outside on lower deck. Continue on down the path around the back yard to get to the fire pit lit by cafe lights.

Enjoy many outdoor activities in the area or just relax. 5 min from Headwaters Outfitters (fly fishing, canoeing, and kayaking). 20 min to hiking, mountain biking, and waterfalls at Gorges National Forest, Pisgah National Forest, or Dupont State Forest. 53 min from Asheville Airport.

If staying in is preferred, there is a 75 inch smart tv connected to a Vizio 5.1 channel stereo system upstairs to stream limitless entertainment. Downstairs is another 55 inch smart tv with a WII gaming system and huge library of games. You'll also find an Infinity game table downstairs with over 50 traditional board games and activities in an electronic format for hours of entertainment.

Venturing into downtown Brevard is only 15 minutes away where there is plenty of shopping and many delicious eateries. There are numerous breweries within 15-20 minutes from house which offer great local brews and a fun atmosphere. Check out the many festivals and events held throughout the year as well.

Asheville and Hendersonville are both an easy day trip, and you should make time for the Biltmore Estate if you can. Asheville has a fun assortment of breweries, music venues, shopping and scenic drives. Hendersonville is famous for its fall Apple Festival, and has a variety of family oriented activities.

Guest understands use of hot tub and the hot tub area is at Guest’s own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub area. Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and holds owner harmless. Guest understands there are potential dangers the hot tub may present to children as well as the danger to any person using the s hot tub if a person has health risks, or using while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guest agrees to explain these risks to all guests at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that Guest will assume all responsibility for Guest and any others for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the hot tub areas. Booking of property serves as acknowledgment of this waiver.
