Enjoy your cozy studio suite! This 250 sq ft studio casita was designed to make you feel at home. It's nestled in a lovely neighborhood with an artificial lake, community pool, hot tub, & basketball and tennis courts! The home is located just 4 minutes from the downtown Chandler scene, close to the 202 freeway, and surrounded by dining and entertainment. We decorated and furnished the casita for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. To save space, we have installed a murphy bed that folds up against the wall when not in use. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a countertop cooker, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. You also have a large shower, 1GB Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN). This casita is attached to the garage of the main house on the property, but it does not share any walls with the main house and has a separate entrance. The only shared space on the property is a patio on the west side of the house and the driveway. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!

Compact But Mighty

My husband and I needed a touch down spot for business in the area. This studio fit our needs perfectly. The property is as advertised. Most importantly it was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood for a walk. Thank you!

Game day

My sister and I stayed there for NFL game on the weekend. I had wanted to cancel, but even giving enough notice(greater than 2 weeks) they would not refund anything! We stayed nights there but most of our time was with family at their home where we would have stayed. But scheduled here since grandma was gonna be with them. Grandma passed and we found out we could have stayed with them, but since no refund, stayed in VRBO. Unfortunate but ok stay.

Sweet and clean

Spent a long weekend in Arziona to see family. Needed to find a small rental near our son for just my husband and I. Found this cute little studio about 1.5 away. The unit was clean and really well stocked. The process from rental to checkout was a breeze. I will definitely reach out again when we come back for a visit. Thank you!

Sweet spot in Chandler!

We stayed for two nights on a quick trip to Phoenix and this place for perfect. Great location for us. It's a very welcoming little studio in a quiet neighborhood. Best of all, it was spotless, which is what I always appreciate the most. Check out the backyard "canal" if you stay!
