1. Bear suite - the master bedroom has king bed, gas fireplace, Roku TV, walk-in closet, kitchenette with wine cooler, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, large bathroom with dual vanities, huge walk in shower, jet tub, exit to deck and fantastic mountain view
2. Wolf suite - bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, Roku TV, private/en suite bathroom with separate shower and tub, doorway to deck, and fantastic Mountain View
3. Turkey suite - bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, Roku TV, private/en suite bathroom with separate shower and tub, doorway to deck, and fantastic Mountain View
4. Squirrel suite - bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan, Roku TV, private/en suite bathroom with combo shower and tub, doorway to deck and hot tub, and fantastic mountain view

Living room - on top floor next to kitchen, gas fireplace, couch with fold-out bed, Roku TV, and fantastic mountain view
Game room - pool table, arcade game, Roku TV, and fantastic mountain view

Movie theater - a true dedicated movie theater with Epson Pro Cinema HD projector, 16 FOOT movie screen, Roku Ultra streaming device, Integra amplifier and JBL Studio Series speakers with 7 surround sound speakers, all professionally installed. The theater has 3 rows of seating and acoustic curtains for optimal movie sound. The first row of seating is a large couch with fold out bed. The theater also has a full bathroom with shower and full size refrigerator.

Note: Construction of a new house has begun on the property next door to our home. Construction has been intermittent for several months, but there has been occasional construction noise during the day reported by guests. Please contact us if further information if any questions.
