Playa Blanca is a beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home located in the exclusive Miramar Beach Villas community. With 2200 square feet of space, this duplex offers a comfortable and luxurious retreat for up to 14 guests. Just a short 75-yard walk to the private beach access, this home is ideal for families and groups seeking a relaxing getaway.
The home's first floor features a modern kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room, along with a guest bedroom outfitted with two Full beds and a nearby full bathroom. Outside, a large courtyard with a gas grill is perfect for preparing fresh-caught seafood or enjoying evening meals al fresco.
Upstairs, the second floor boasts three additional bedrooms, including a King Master Suite with a private bath, another King Suite with its own bath, and a bunk room featuring two Double/Single bunkbeds and a private bath. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level for guest use.
