This new home is nestled in a new, small quiet neighborhood, and is located 5 mins from the Tanger Outlet Mall/Lamar Dixon Expo Center and the interstate. It is 25 minutes to Baton Rouge, and 40 mins from the New Orleans Airport. Prime spot to visit all the common tourist attractions (plantations, etc) and plenty of food and shops all around.
Guests have access to the door via keypad, and enter through the main living area where you will find the kitchen, dining, and living room. There is a newly fenced-in backyard out the back door by dining area, and an accessible, usable laundry room across from it. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom all within footsteps of each other. Across the way on the other side of the living room, you can find the master bedroom and bathroom.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
I was born and raised in this area of Louisiana almost my whole life. I left for college in Kentucky, and came back married and decided to move close to family. I am just houses away from an older sister, and minutes from the rest of my family. This home is in a prime location too- minutes away from the interstate as that is ideal for our commutes to Baton Rouge during normal work weeks. It’s a new, small neighborhood with many modern-farmhouse looks built within- MY FAVORITE!

I absolutely adore the stained wooden beam across the ceiling, and the stained mantle on the beautiful shiplap fireplace! That instantly sold me!
