Hemlock - This family friendly home is located in a quiet residential area with large spacious yards. A lightly wooded area backs up this home. The patio in the back yard provides a very private area for outside dining. Enjoy the quiet of nature and fresh country air. White tail deer can often be seen at the edge of the woods. Hemlock is very convenient to Oneonta youth baseball tournaments.

This 4 bedroom / 2 bath home has a west facing enclosed sun porch and a covered side entry porch. There is an open, easy flow from a large eat-in kitchen to a living room to a second seating area with desk area.

A fire pit provides an opportunity to enjoy family campfires under the stars.

Very spacious and conveniently located

We had a great stay at this spacious home in Hemlock. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family. The location was super convenient—just a couple exits away from All Star Village, which made it perfect for families coming in for the tournament. Would definitely recommend to others visiting the area!

Exactly as described

We were greeted by Nancy who was very sweet and welcoming. We had 5 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the huge yard to play in. The swing was so much fun as well. Overall we had a great stay.

Clean, comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Just got home from Cooperstown, All Star Village. We stayed at the Hemlock house, and not only was it the perfect location to ASV, but also a very comfortable retreat when we needed some down time in between games! We grilled, watched movies, played games and enjoyed the amazing backyard ( those flowers!). The house is fully stocked with everything you could ever need and Nancy and her daughter are extremely kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!

Super Nice Owner

There was some issues with the cleanliness of the property. But I am very particular and have high standards. There was lots of bugs, but it is a beautiful very wooded area so that wasn'ta huge surprise. The issues we had and discussed with the owner, she was very prompt in fixing them as best she could. The house is really old and no central air. There was window units in 2 of the 3 rooms upstairs. It was definitely warm, but manageable. The size of the house was great, just think it needs to have updated appliances and updated air conditioning.
