Step into your dream vacation in this comfortably furnished Moab home. Enjoy the main king bedroom suite featuring its own attached bathroom. The main floor suite private bathroom is spacious with a dual vanity, separate commode room, and shower with dreamy water pressure. Convenience meets connectivity with device charging stations in every room. You'll enjoy the spaciousness of the living area with 15ft vaulted ceilings along with a large Sony LED TV and comfortable seating. During down times, there is fun throughout the house, including Legos, board games, and a retro arcade machine offering a suite of games to get lost in. Your perfect retreat awaits, where every detail caters to your relaxation and enjoyment.



While some rentals in our neighborhood are quite close to or neighboring homes have views into the backyard, our home is secluded and no one can see into the back patio or hot tub area. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!



Spectacular Red Rock and Mountain views are out every window and door, plus readily available on the patio and out the front door. We've spent many evenings on the porch watching the sunset on the snowy peaks and we know you'll savor those moments too.



This beautiful home is fully furnished with convenient and luxurious amenities. Your group will have everything you need to come and go with ease. There is a community pool and a shared hot tub available for the neighborhood as well, available seasonally (Feb - Nov).



The private hot tub on the patio at the home is serviced multiple times per week. Like the rest of the home, we always want the hot tub experience to be spectacular for all guests.



MAIN BEDROOM SUITE

A total dream suite! Huge adjustable king bed, soft linens, ceiling fan, Smart TV, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, bidet-equipped toilet, walk-in closet, private shower with excellent water pressure. Blackout curtains help keep the room as dark as you need. There is private patio access too.



SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS

Main Bedroom Suite (#1): Adjustable King Bed with crisp white linens, blackout curtains, direct patio access, red rock views



Bedroom #2: Adjustable King Bed with plush linens, Moab Rim views, bathroom access down the hall



Bedroom #3: Queen Bed, Four (4) Twin Bunk Beds, mountain and red rock views, bathroom access just down the hall



7 total beds in 3 bedrooms.



Additional Sleeping: Sleeper Sofa in the living room, inflatable mattress, two hammock stands on patio.



OUTDOOR LIVING

Relax in the fully fenced-in patio with stunning views in nearly all directions. We love seeing the sunrise on the Moab Rim (red rock) and the sunset on the ancient volcanic La Sal Mountains (Salt Mountains, in Spanish). As you soak in those views, enjoy the fire pit, backyard games, hammocks, grill, and patio table. Unlike at most of the other homes in this community, you'll have complete privacy in the hot tub as no neighboring homes have a view into the backyard.



INDOOR LIVING

Get cozy inside in the spacious great room, with living, dining, and the kitchen combined. Wind down in front of the huge Smart TV with DirecTV in the living room, with comfortable leather couches (sleeper sofa), local art pieces, Wi-Fi included, Bluetooth audio in the main room, TVs in every bedroom.



DEVICES AND INTERNET

Enjoy easy connectivity with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, keeping you in the loop throughout your stay. For work travelers, the Wi-Fi is fast enough for any video call. Your favorite music is just a couple taps away with Bluetooth audio, available from the living room soundbar. Indulge in entertainment whenever and however you'd like on Smart TVs featured in the living room and three bedrooms (4 total TVs), with most, including the TV in the main living room, hooked up to DirecTV. Stay connected and entertained with ease throughout your vacation.



KITCHEN

The joy of cooking comes to life against a backdrop of breathtaking mountain and red rock views. The kitchen is extensively equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range, center island/breakfast bar, blender, cooking essentials and more, spice rack, utensils & knives, ice-maker, coffeemakers, coffee grinder, tea kettle, complimentary coffee/tea available.



Games

We provide the fun with available games like spike ball, ring toss, and ping pong. In winter, turn the garage into a game den.

All linens and towels are washed with hypoallergenic detergent that has no dyes or perfumes. Please let us know if you have any allergies or conditions that we should be aware of.

Garage access (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles), concrete parking pad alongside the home for your trailers up to 25ft, street parking (first-come-first-serve)



EV CHARGING

There is a level 2 ChargePoint charger installed in the garage that can charge up to 50amps. Bring your own adapter, if needed.

Guest Access:

The entire home and garage are available to you (outside of two closets in the home and an outdoor shed we use for storage and supplies). There is a parking strip on the side of the home for your additional vehicles or trailers under 30 feet long. Street parking is allowed, there's room for trailers, and is first-come-first-serve.



The Neighborhood:

Our community is dedicated to dark skies, with no street lamps and ample space between houses you’ll be able to stargaze from the hot tub, patio, or yard. Positioned about 10 mins by car from downtown Moab, you'll enjoy the secluded neighborhood with plenty of space. For guests where walkability is important, then an alternative closer to town might be a better fit for that experience.



Several trails, including Slickrock, are close enough to bike to from the home.



PARKS & NATURAL AREAS: Arches National Park (10 mi), Canyonlands National Park, (35 mi), Sand Flats Recreation Area (6 mi), La Sal Mountains (28 mi)

Getting Around:

There is generally no Uber or Lyft. You’ll need your own transportation. Moab Area Transit (MAT) operates seasonal busses in the valley. You can download their app from your phone's app store. Vehicle rentals in Moab are possible with options like Enterprise or local shops with 4x4 vehicles or side-by-sides available.



Other Things to Note:

PETS

$200 pet fee, max two animals (50lb weight limit). Please advise immediately upon booking how many pets you are bringing. Service animals are welcome under the ADA and stays with service animals can be subject to additional deep cleaning fees. As a courtesy, we ask that you notify us of these circumstances.



There is an exterior security camera covering the front driveway area. It does not face inside or at a sensitive area like the hot tub.
