Brand new luxurious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse with 1 car garage. Live in style in Kara Lake town homes. Amazing screened in large back porch of the living area. Master bedroom also bas a balcony. The kitchen is a chef's dream with custom cabinetry, soft close cabinets, quartz counter tops, upscale appliances to include gas cook top, built in microwave and backslash. The first floor as 2 additional bedrooms with full bath and laundry area with washer and dryer. Paved driveway and private back yard. The private community offers a pool and 5 acres lake with dock. Minutes to shopping, restaurants and the beaches of 30A.

Terrific layout and close enough to everything we wanted.Had a very minor hiccup that the manager handled immediately - on Easter Sunday no less.Nice layout, great location. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location to multiple beaches

We enjoyed our stay over Spring Break. The home was clean and spacious enough for our group, especially with the bunk room. We could get to Santa Rosa Beach access within 6 minutes and Seaside and Destin in 15-20 minutes. The pool area was quiet and comfortable to relax.

Kara Lake Townhome

Townhome was very cozy and comfortable as well as peaceful. Everything about this place was convenient for my family everything needed was there didn’t have to reach out to Manager for anything everything was laid out for my family stay.

New Property in a growing area.

The condo was super clean and just around the corner from the grocery store. It was a quick drive to the beaches and shopping. Some patio furniture would be nice, but it was a great stay regardless. It worked out great for our family break.

Clean property

The townhouse was in the perfect location! Very clean and quiet! Everyone in the complex is very nice. The townhouse was very nice, brand new! The only negative we had was that the blinds didn’t go all the way down and there wasn’t any privacy on the bedroom doors to the outside, they are glass.

This is my first experience booking and choosing on my own. I’m usually with a larger group. The property was amazing. A nice medium where the area was not overwhelming fast-paced but within minutes of the busyness. The screened in porch was my go to spot for a good book late at night without the bothersome of bugs. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. I made one inquiry during my stay and the property owner immediately responded with no questions asked. The check out directions were clear and to the point. We even ran into the housekeeping on the way out the door and she was extremely courteous and professional. Overall, the best experience!
