House was very clean and up to date. Large TVs in all bedrooms. Was in town for a college reunion and it was perfect to share with a couple of friends. Weather was to cool to use the pool, but it was obviously well maintained.

This rental was spacious but outdated. Pictures were taken in a way to disguise the rickety porch, the pool needs repair, the cabinetry is missing pulls. Surprisingly, the beds were comfortable. For the price, we just expected something better.

Great place to stay. Had Thanksgiving with our family of 5 and it was fantastic. Wish it was warm enough to use the pool but oh well!

Weekend Stay

Our family stayed here for Spring Weekend at FSU. House is adequate but dated. Master bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen has all necessary equipment. We did not use the pool (needed a good cleaning), Fire pit was stocked with wood, but we did not have time to use it. Parking for 3 vehicles in driveway. We would stay here again.

We booked this property for parents weekend. Everything was great! The house was clean, lots of towels. Pretty close to campus and all the activities. Would definitely book again!

Soccer Weekend Stay

Great proximity to FSU Rec Complex (10 min away). Plenty of room and great backyard/patio. Easy check/in out process. Comfortable beds. Would def look to use again for another sports weekend.
