Wonderful!

We had a great visit in this beautiful condo! We were visiting for a graduation that kept us busy, but we did get to enjoy family time and a little beach time in between ceremonies. The views were stunning and there was plenty of space for family to relax. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful

We had a short girls trip and I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. All of the staff were professional and attentive, the condo was so clean and well appointed. Even the residents were kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Fabulous condo

Condo is fabulous and is everything you see and more. Floor to ceiling views are breathtaking. Location is nice and close to many restaurants and shopping. Deborah is very responsive and wants to make sure your vacation is a good one!

Beach business

The highlight of the rental is the balcony….wow what a view. Only issue was the thermostat was programmed and could only be changed to 70. It reverted to 74 at 1230 am. 74 is hot and stuffy while trying to sleep in this property. No toiletries in the second bathroom.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This entire property is perfect! From the private grounds to the gorgeous condo we don’t ever want to stay anywhere else in Myrtle Beach again. The condo has everything you need for a short or long stay. It is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool and grounds are very well kept. There is 24 hour security. The owner is friendly and great at communication. We had a perfect stay at Maisons-Sur-Mer and will be back for sure!

Belle place mais fraude du propriétaire

La plage est belle, même le condo. Mise à part un problème de climatisation, le condo est un bel endroit ou rester. Mais lors de la remise du dépôt on nous impute des frais exorbitants non justifiés (je considère même qu'il y a fraude). Et je dois moi-même monter un dossier pour justifier le tout au lieu que le fardeau revienne aux propriétaires avant de garder mon argent. Elle devait également nous rembourser 2 nuits et nous attendons toujours le chèque. Une vraie arnaque....

We loved staying in Deborah’s condo! I’ve been coming to this building since I was a child and we brought my daughter for her first time this year. I asked Deborah if we could check in early so we could get my daughter down for a nap. Deborah was very responsive and got us an early check in with no problem. She is very responsive to any requests and also communicates other information you need to know about the condo. At one point, they needed to work on one of the bathrooms in our condo (main water line) and we could not use the bathroom for a night or so. Deborah, without prompting or my request, apologized profusely and even paid for our family to go to breakfast as a courtesy for the inconvenience. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The views are amazing, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and you have everything you need for your vacation in the condo (golf clubs, beach chairs, sand toys for kids) . You won’t regret staying here for your family vacation and making memories!

My family was extremely disappointed in our stay. The listing and reviews were highly misleading. I booked it based on it being newly renovated (which later was updated to newly redecorated) and all the reviews of how clean it was. When we stepped in to the condo, the floors were covered in sand and the place was extremely hot and musty. The bathrooms were completely outdated, lights not working over the shower, shower knobs hard to turn on, the grout covered in mildew. The master shower is a danger zone to get in and out of with having to go up steps to get in to a massive tub and a tiny piece of glass trying to keep water from getting out. The master bed mattress was as tall as our chests and difficult to get in and out of and we are almost 6 ft tall. We had to completely clean the dusty/dirty shelves in the closets to unpack. My daughter dropped her charger next to the bed and when I went to get it, the amount of dust and dirt under the beds was absolutely disgusting. The vent in one bathroom as well as the kitchen had moisture/mold growing around them. We spent our first night after an 8 hr drive stripping beds, doing laundry, and disinfecting everything. The "newly redecorated" decor is from the late 80's. Once we got there, we had no other options as it was too late to book anything else and it was 4th of July week. We spent as much time as possible outside of the condo. 100% do not recommend!!!

Family vacay

The owner was very responsive and kind. This was a beautiful unit with a fully equipped kitchen. The walk in closets provided so much room for our things. The furniture was very comfortable and balcony views were unbelievable! We love this unit and cannot wait to return!

Great Location

Easy access to the beach. Condo clean. Kitchen well supplied. Host very responsive. The patio is the bomb for watching sunrises and sunsets.

Amazing views and amazing space

Pictures don't do this place justice. It was a huge space, kitchen was very well stocked with most everything you need. Loved the balcony spaces. I think we have found out annual vacation spot!

The Beach is clean. it has it all, Security Guard at the door, Friendly Staff and Compleaty newly renovated inter of Building where the common amenities are located. Soft Sandy Beach!
