This condo has great views of the ocean from the balconies, living room, and both bedrooms! This condo has 1 King in Main Bedroom, 2 Full Beds in 2nd Bedroom. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in the exclusive Maisons Sur Mer, this resort has it all! Microwave oven, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Very clean and spacious. We love that area of the beach. The rate was extremely reasonable. Questions/concerns were promptly addresses by Big Fish Rentals.

Unit was as described and very comfortable and clean. E have stayed at this location numerous times but it was our first time in this unit. Would come back again.

Summer Golf/Beach Getaway

We combined a summer vacation of playing golf and spending time at the beach. This condo was perfect for that purpose. We especially enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our balcony.

Beautiful Condo in Great Location

We have stayed at Maisons many times over the years. This condo was beautifully decorated, updated and very clean. It has beautiful views of the ocean from all the rooms. Maisons is such a wonderful property. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for first class accommodations.

My friends and I loved this gorgeous condo. It was so well furnished, well stocked, and has a scenic view.The only snag was the onerous lead up to staying there. I spent several hours filling out forms and sending photos of important documents.I understand the condo building is exclusive and has strict rules. So I recommend potential renters contact the rental company directly—Big Fish. This is not a typical Vrbo rental process.

Anniversary Weekend Trip

We loved this unit. We have stayed at Maisons Sur Mer around 10 times over the past few years, and this was one of our favorite units. Owners did a great job with the remodel. Great beach/ocean views. Convenient location close to shopping, dining, & bars. We loved it so much booked this same unit again in July!

Gorgeous space in a beautiful building

We could not have been happier with our stay. The condo was CLEAN, beautifully decorated, well stocked with all you could possibly need in the kitchen, and did I mention CLEAN? It was perfect and no complaints from me. Already looking forward to coming back next year!! Thanks for a great stay.

Really Nice Stay

The property is upscale for sure. We enjoyed the location, view, security, kitchen and cookware, showers, beds . . . Just about everything!! It was not perfect, but well above average for a rental. TV’s were a bit of a challenge, but we didn’t spend much time watching TV anyways, so no big deal.

Great vacation!

We had a lovely stay. The views were spectacular and the condo is gorgeous! I would have expected the condo to be stocked with paper towel and at least salt and pepper. We were a little surprised by that. The floors could have been a bit cleaner. We noticed a lot of black hair floating around . We have a 9 month old baby who was crawling around and so I would have liked the floors to be a bit cleaner. I looked for a vacuum so I could give the floors a quick clean but the condo did not even have a dust buster. Other then those items we had a wonderful stay!!

Everything was great… except..

Everything was great except having only one building access card for 4 adults. That was very inconvenient. I Was told that was an HOA rule. Other residents and guests I spoke to said that was not true.

Immaculate Vacation Rental. From the moment we stepped foot into the rental, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of sheer bliss. The rental exudes luxury, yet maintains a cozy and welcoming ambiance that immediately put us at ease. First and foremost, cleanliness is paramount to us when choosing accommodations, and this rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Impeccably maintained, every corner of the property gleamed with freshness, reflecting the dedication of the attentive staff. The design and décor were nothing short of exquisite. From the tastefully appointed furnishings to the carefully curated artwork adorning the walls, every detail seemed to have been thoughtfully considered to create a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing environment. The kitchen was a culinary enthusiast's dream, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, making meal preparation a delight. The bedrooms were havens of comfort, with comfortable bedding and ample storage space ensuring a restful night's sleep. The outdoor spaces were equally impressive. There were amazing views from all balconies. The staff at the property from being greeted by security to those in the common areas were very respectful and welcoming. Last, but not least the puzzle on the shelf had each and every one of us from adults to the kids contributing to family time until we finished the masterpiece. Definitely a rental worth booking again.

Beautiful condo but beware of booking process

The room was amazing! The property was dated but nice. This was facilitated through VRBO as the rental partner and not managed through them. The day after booking my credit card had 2 charges. One from a property mgmt co and one from VRBO. I had an email from a property mgmt co asking me to sign their rental agreement. After I signed it virtually I received an email asking for me to send them pics of my driver license front/back, credit card front/back, a picture of my signature and a picture of me holding both my DL and credit card. I thought it was a scam. I reached out to VRBO and they said that the property mgmt co was legit but I should not share this info. I messaged the property mgmt co through the VRBO app and told them I was not comfortable providing this information due to the threats and risk to financial data. I asked them to cancel my booking and delete all of my financial info. They stated they didn’t keep My financial data but if I canceled it would be non refundable. Meanwhile I continued to escalate with VRBO and was told that this request was not normal and they would warn them. After escalation I was told that this was ok and to share my info. Meanwhile the property mgmt co messaged me about my impending arrival and had the wrong dates. They do store your cc info because they charge a deposit a week before. Our compromise was to check-in in person during biz hours. I don’t feel comfortable with the company or their data protocols and VRBO wasn’t helpful
