Welcome to The Starboard Side Cottage on Lake Oconee! On this picturesque lake in Eatonton lies this cozy four-bedroom cottage, perfect for your upcoming getaway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or step outside and fire up the grill for an alfresco dining experience. You'll enjoy our gorgeous sunset views on two porches with fireplaces and tvs! For your days on the lake, you'll enjoy your own slip on our dock for boating fun and a relaxing evening around the perfectly positioned Cottage Cove pool. You’re on lake time in this cozy 4 bedroom 3.5 bath cottage that sleeps 12! Your master and fully equipped kitchen are on the main level and 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with 2 twin xl bunk beds on the terrace level! With outside porches on two levels, you won’t miss the gorgeous views! Additional Details:

- Are you envisioning of never leaving the cottage?! We have you covered with a Private Chef! Whether you are looking for a Private Chef to entertain your crowd while cooking in your own cottage kitchen or dropping your favorite meal at the door! We have you covered! You will work directly with the Chef to customize your needs at an additional fee.

- The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $75 per night, if you would like it heated for arrival time please notify the host at time of booking or at minimum 48 hours prior to arrival.

- Our guests will enjoy a max dock for fishing, boating, kayaking (two kayaks are here for you), and swimming. As well as a beautiful pool and pavillion for relaxing and cooling down after a day on the lake! Bring your own boat or have one delivered to your dock for you!

We love this house, it is cozy and beautiful. My children always enjoy the pool, even when it is cold outside. Kerri is an amazing host and always makes us feel welcome.

So glad I chose this house!

This house is amazing—so fresh and clean and plenty of room for 8 adults. Plus a beautiful view! Loved the pool and the porches!! Kerri was so helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfection

We rented two houses for our mother’s “94”th birthday. The homes are absolutely gorgeous and so clean. The location is close to everything with great views of the lake. Every single thing was perfect. Will definitely rent again next year.

Just what you need!

This was one of the best vacations my family has been on! The house was absolutely perfect! So great for entertaining, perfect views, and so much to do! We rented a boat and spent the days tubing, water skiing, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and enjoying the many fireplaces. Kerri is a gem of a host! Looking forward to coming back!

10 ⭐️ across the board!!

From the host, Kerri, to the home, to the amenities, to the location we could not have asked for better! Kerri was fantastic from the start and helped us with recommendations for booking a boat and jet skis. The home had everything our party needed and was the absolute perfect place for our mother/son summer vacation. We will all definitely be returning.

Lakeside Heaven

This house is like stepping into an episode of HGTV. Every detail is exquisite. There are fun board and deck games and lots of space. We came on a house hunting trip to the area and it gave us a space to unwind. The pool was my two littles favorite place. We will be back.

Absolutely Amazing!

The photos do not do this home justice! The place is amazing! Large rooms with fabulous decorating. These owners did not miss a thing. We had all the luxuries and amenities we could ask for. We even rented a boat and conveniently parked it at the private dock. The heated pool was a life saver for the little kids on that cold gray Saturday. We really enjoyed the fireplace at the pool pavilion and making s'mores! Thanks so much for a special Easter weekend!

Family friendly 4th of July

We loved staying at the cottages with our children (ages 8-14) and our friends with their children (ages 6-14). It was a perfect set up with a great view of the pool, the lake, and plenty of places for age groups to divide up and hang out. The house is full of games, comfortable furniture, 4 televisions, 4 fireplaces, two huge porches and plenty of space everywhere. We rented a boat for the week and docked it at the provided docks. We loved using the kayaks and swimming in the lake and in the pool. We’re looking forward to being back next year for our new multi-family tradition!

50th Birthday Celebration to Remember

Cottage Cove is an amazing property! We rented 4 of the now 5 cottages - Starboard, Portside, Top Side, and Anchor - for my 50th birthday celebration. Nearly 40 family and friends were able to enjoy the pool, lake, and comforts of home for four days. It was a great experience! We had wonderful host gifts in each home, and the host was very responsive when we needed vanity light bulbs changed in one of the bathrooms. We had the pool heated for night time swimming. We were able to dine at pool pavillion as well as on patios outdoors. We fished from the dock and from our boat that we put on the water via the marina across the street. We grilled and hosted a brunch with a private chef. We didn't get to use the fire pit or outdoor fireplaces, but we hope to stay again to enjoy that as well! The Cottages are a bit expensive, but well worth it for the luxury and convenience. It is truly a beautiful property and the pictures don't fully do it justice. You won't regret booking here!
