An exquisitely charming, beautiful and recently renovated, fully equipped, like new, "Pied à Terre". Situated in a classy French building, in the heart of the elegant and distinguished neighborhood of Recoleta in Buenos Aires. Just a few steps from beautiful mansions, quaint cafés, traditional and nuovo restaurants, fresh food markets, bakeries, high end shops and boutiques, florists, gyms, museums, and art galleries, and the vibrant and lush Vicente Lopez Plaza with its aged tall trees. On a quiet street with a bike path, yet close to many parks and plazas as Thays Park and Plaza Francia. Close to theaters, Recoleta Cemetery, Obelisco, and main Avenues like Callao, Libertador, 9 de Julio, Santa Fe, Arenales, Corrientes, Las Heras with near access to taxis, bus, train and underground lines. Recoleta is also considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires.

Excellent locale

Had a wonderful stay in Corina's lovely apartment in Recoleta! Stylish comfortable place in a secure building in perhaps one of the nicest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Loved the location which is close to cafes, restaurants and everything you might want to explore or need. Perfect walking distance to some of the major attractions in BA. Perfect comfortable place for exploring BA

We stayed 9 days at this lovely apartment right in the heart of Recoleta. We found it a perfect place from which to explore the city, and we loved getting to know our neighborhood coffee shops (shout out to the Owl!), parks, and restaurants while also exploring father afield. Corina was very communicative and helpful, and was very accommodating with our check-in/check-out requests. A perfect stay!

Lovely apartment, lovely stay

The apartment is a gem, so comfortable and well appointed, with a location that makes it a perfect base for walks around Barrio Norte and beyond. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby, and a beautiful plaza steps away if you want to just want to chill with a book and bask in the energy of the city.Corina is a fantastic host! She was incredibly helpful before the trip, providing me with a wealth of practical information and local knowledge which helped make arrival and the first few days super easy. And if you have any questions during your stay, she's super responsive and ready to help.If you're looking for a beautiful, tranquil island of comfort in Recoleta, look no further.

A great stay

We had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment in one of the most beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. The apartment was immaculate, well laid out, and clearly matched the photos and description. Corina the host was marvelous to work with--helpful and accessable. Messages were always quickly responded to, question were answered and helpful suggestions made. We hope to go back before too long for a longer stay. I happily recommend this apartment for a great vacation stay in Buenos Airew.

Fab find worth every penny

Corine's apartment was a gem. The pictures are more than accurate - it really is that beautiful. The apartment was spotless, and very safe. We spent 10 days in Buenos Aires - the first five in Corine's apartment and the last five at the 5-star Alvear Icon Hotel for work. Corine's apartment was just as great as the luxury hotel if not better in some ways. Here's why: The prime location in the middle of the Recoleta neighborhood - two markets nearby, multiple coffee shops and cafes steps away, and several nearby Western Unions to quickly exchange dollars for pesos. Easy walking distance to shopping, the famous Teatro Colon theatre, beautiful parks, and overall just a safe neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze, despite a language barrier. Corine put us in touch with the building manager Carlos, who showed us to the apartment, made sure we knew how the keys and heating worked, and shared his Whatsapp contact info with us in case we needed anything during our stay. He was prompt to respond to a couple of questions we texted him. Upon checkout he kindly made sure we got into our Uber, ensuring we didn't forget anything or need to return inside the building. While Carlos spoke no English, and our Spanish is remedial, he was able to communicate with us seamlessly through the Google Translate app. We were a little nervous to book this apartment because of the lack of reviews, but we ended up loving it so much that we would absolutely return and recommend it to friends!

My little apartment is a second home for us to enjoy while visiting family and friends and now open to share with guests. I have been a very successful host previously for over 10 years in Kauai Hawaii USA with a couple of second homes until Covid19 forced their lengthly and final closures. As an Owner/Host, I am a your main point of contact from the beginning till the end, readily available via WhatsApp or email.
