Perfect lakeside home sleeps 16-20 for your team, family, work trip or vacation. So much to enjoy with the modern updates sitting on 2.5 acres surrounded by woods for the ultimate privacy. Plenty of space to play, entertain and dine in the sun room. On the deck, enjoy a fire in the 6 foot fire pit or enjoy the lake minutes away for kayaking, finishing, canoes, boat rentals and more. Beautiful downtown Noblesville and Cicero just minutes away for stores, restaurants, ice cream and more. The house is a PRIME location for all major events:
-Ruoff Music Center: 20 min.
-Grand Park, Finch Creek, and Noblesville Boys & Girls Club: 18 minutes (for soccer, basketball and baseball events for the kids)
-Championship Park in Kokomo: 25 min.
-Koteewi Park (sledding): 13 min.

Beautiful house - nice owners - but cleanliness issue

Contact with the owner went well before arrival. The house was a beautiful house and very spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The house was furnished really well and thought out. You can tell a lot of effort from a talented home decorator was used. The owners had left us some firewood for their front yard fire pit. Outside of the cleanliness, the only issues we had were the water quality and lack of some essentials like dish cloths, coffee filters and dishwasher soap (since we were asked to run the dishwasher when we left). The water had a strong sulfur smell and we got quite a bit of some sort of black sand from the faucets and in the shower. Bottled water was a must. As for the cleanliness, we first noticed a mildew smell when we entered. We found live cockroaches in the living room. The couches were really dirty, with one having moldy blueberries and the other being filled with garbage under the cushions. The floors were really dirty, so that our infant was picking up things and had dirty hands in the first 5 minutes of us being there. There was garbage under the beds, and cobwebs and spiders and some sort of black droppings all around the house, inside and out. The outside porch, tables and bar were also very dirty and we couldn't even use the area because of cleanliness, cobwebs and spiders.

A Hidden Hideaway

This home is nestled in a private neighborhood surrounded by a lot of lush greens and a backyard of forest landscape. It was so peaceful. We loved hearing the cicadas at night and seeing all the fireflies!! Bring a lot of bug spray, par for the course but the enclosed patio was a game changer!!! It was so nice to relax and open the windows and still be apart of the outside. The house was nice, plenty of space for our family. Plenty of beds! Love having TV’s in each room. We will be back if we play here in Indiana again!!

We are a family of 9 that love sports, family time, the lake and bonfires!!! We love the opportunity to share our home with people rather than them booking from a hotel or big company. They can deal directly with us! We look forward to having you and hope you have the opportunity to enjoy some vacation time and memories here just as we do!

We love sharing our property with others and hopefully families can make memories together just as we do on our 2.5 acres of land with wooded area all around. Running trails, the lake, sports complexes and more are all within a short distance from our property.

This property can sleep so many people and is a much better option than paying to stay in a hotel and is priced at a point that allows it to be affordable for everyone. It is unique because of all of the amenities anytime of year and is SUPER close to anything you are doing!
