The house was very spacious and very nice. It was in a good location, love that it’s close to Costco. Eddie was very quick at responding with any questions I had. I would definitely come back!

This home was perfect for my family! Everyone got their own room with a nice sized bed. There were some arcade games, a foosball table and a shuffleboard table. We spent most of our time in the pool during the day and watching movies in the living room during the evening. We cooked frozen pizzas in the oven one evening and made some breakfast. It was nice to have pots/pans available. Grocery store down the street was convenient and lots of good restaurants for takeout nearby! I also enjoyed that most of the rooms had mini fridges. We did notice a lot of ants outside by the pool (red ants) and also in the restrooms when we arrived (couldn’t figure out how they were in the restrooms and not the rest of the home). Overall I thought the home was very nice, clean and had a lot of nice amenities. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it for large families!

良かった点 : ロケーション
We had a large group of 14 people and the house is very well equipped with beds and spaces to relax. Everyone loved the beds they were large and comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool and loved it. The shape and seating areas in the pool were nice to help us relax and chat. We also enjoyed the pool floaties provided. In the evening we really liked all the games provided, pac man was a favorite. We did a lot of cooking and the open concept kitchen was exactly what we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the grill. We were able to grill but the temperature was not steady. It's a nice comfortable house for large groups and I would definitely recommend it.

Great Place with Super Helpful Owner

Eddie's place was as-advertised - lots of fun stuff to do, super clean and updated. My only issue is that we spent too much of our weekend away from it!

The Host is very responsive -- helpful and prompt with responses. The house was clean upon arrival with adequate kitchen supplies for a big group. The open floor plan is wonderful for a large gathering. Loved the large table for sharing a meal. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed (it is not a lap swimming pool). The outdoor seating areas allows for smaller groups to gather and converse in several areas. Backyard is lovely and felt very private. Not everything was in pristine condition (older cushions on chaise lounges, older grill, some slats missing on drapes) but it was a wonderful stay for our casual group of friends.

Great place to stay in Indio

Our party of nine had a great time staying at this home in Indio. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Eddie, the host, answered my questions quickly and was very helpful. He let us check in an hour early with no extra charge. The pool and hot tub were easy to heat, and we loved the little shallow end where you could sit and cool off. One of the bedrooms is off the laundry room, and at first we couldn’t find it, but rest assured this home does indeed have six bedrooms, not five! We had a great experience here — we would definitely stay here again.
