Located on top of a hill, in a gated community, it’s a short distance to the historic downtown area, the beach, restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets.
Amenities include 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis court, gym (with steam room and sauna) The grounds also include a ping pong table, a putting green and sand trap, fire pits, and grills for general use.
