Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property and grounds, including no vaping. No parties or events. Minimum renter age 23.
Guests must sign rental agreement to receive final confirmation of booking. 1 mature dog allowed. Do NOT leave food outside house.
Vehicle for winter stays must have 4WD AND snow tires or chains. Only burn wood in fire stove/pit, leave ashes in place and do not remove.

our stay

Nice clean one floor open living space. But its not the house that makes this property special. The 158 acres of private mountain top is unbeatable!! Absolutely incredible property and the owners have a great set up that includes an app for your phone that is a complete guide to the property!! We have stayed at many VRBO homes and we like to jump around, but this is the first place we have stayed that we would return to simply because how perfect the property is.
