Do not go. Do not trust online reviews that have this place rated a 4. It was so dirty. We complained they came and said they re cleaned but it was still so dirty. The washrooms had urine all on the floor by the toilet. The carpet was awful we wore shoes the entire time. The kitchen was incredibly dirty, I cleaned it but would not use. If we didn’t have a sporting event near and limited accommodations, I would have left. Expedia needs to remove this place. Surprised they even have it listed they need to go and see what it looks like.

Hotel outside grounds are maintained well. Inside was horrible in the building with the king suites. My room had no housekeeping done, drain didn't work for tub. Door sticks. Was promised a two bedroom condo received two King suites. No call from facility or booking agency prior to arrival. No complimentary breakfast, who was cloudy with chemicals. Laundry facility was full of animal and people hair. Exercise area was adequate. I could not tell you what the two bedroom condos look like because I was given to King sweets instead. One of those King suites had no housekeeping done he was in toilet bathroom tub did not drain took 2 hours. Refrigerator wasn't cleaned in either room sink head food particles left in there. Sink faucet wasn't attached and moved in a circle when I moved the handle. Was told maintenance was coming up to fix everything never showed up. Also the room smell like marijuana. In the hallway smells like someone smoked in them . When I sent a ticket in to vrbo.com and I called the corporate number for sonesta. I was told that my complaint was never filed in the office. Now 4 days later after my complaint I got a reply from sonesta stating that facility is privately owned and only uses the name of the property so they cannot do anything about my complaint. Vrbo said they'll reach out to the office but I must go down there and complain again I must have a complaint filed downstairs before they can do anything. Even though I have pictures and videos.
