Beatiful Apartment in the Heart of San Jose !

This brand new Apartment is located in the center of San Jose Downtown, close to every important landmark. A large queen bed sleeps 2 guests comfortably along with a private bathroom with hot water shower. The apartment features Air Conditioning, a private Kitchen with Refrigerator, microwave, and sink, LCD TV with cable and fast WIFI Internet. There is a work area with a desk and two stools. Located on the Second Floor of a Secure Building, reception area has night Security Guard. We do not have onsite parking, however, we can recommend that you pay to park at Parqueo Avenida 6, which is one block away from our building.

Properties should absolutely be required to note any negatives that the property may have.This property advertises as being in the center of San Jose, which is very convenient however it does not mention at all that across the street from the property or two bars, which were very, very noisy up until the early hours of the morning also the rooms are on the second floor and there is no mention of any handicap limitations•

Our listing clearly states that the property is located in the center of Downtown San José, which many guests choose specifically for its convenience and walkability; however, as with most urban locations, this can include typical city activity and occasional noise, especially in the evenings. We strive to be as transparent as possible in our description so guests can determine if the location suits their preferences. The listing also specifies the apartment’s floor level, and we always encourage guests to review all details carefully and reach out prior to booking with any questions regarding noise, access, or mobility needs so we can ensure the property is the right fit.

Mi estadía fue excelente. El check-in fue muy fácil y las instrucciones estaban muy claras, lo que hizo todo el proceso rápido y sin complicaciones. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y es perfecto para descansar. La ubicación en Avenida 6 es realmente excepcional, con acceso muy cercano al Museo Nacional. Es una zona conveniente y segura. El anfitrión respondió siempre con rapidez y atención, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo completamente.

The property is in the heart of the Downtown Area of San Jose, Costa Rica and is walking distance to major parks, museums, and shopping. The building features a first floor reception, with 2 additional retail locations and then 8 stylish apartments on the second floor.

The location and quality of this building is perfect and the apartments themselves are nicely designed and stylish. Walking distance to some of the best attractions in San Jose including museums, shopping, parks, tourist attractions and tours.
