Our OCEAN FRONT condo is just a short boardwalk to miles of beautiful beaches. Updated, modern, comfy living in this 2 bedroom condo w a balcony that allows generous views of the ocean! Features 2 pools (1 heated), 5 hot tubs, tennis courts, a pickle ball court, and bocci. Just 10 mins from the fabulous Old Town Historic District. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise with your morning coffee. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Must be 23 to rent.



Our small team is always happy to help and responds to questions and concerns between 9am and 10pm EST.

The gated complex offers a feeling of complete safety all the while sitting just a walk away from plentiful shops and restaurants.

Parking passes are $25 one time (not daily). You must preregister and purchase via the resort website in advance (instructions and details sent before your stay).

Must be 23 years or older to rent this unit.

Unfortunately, we ran into several issues that affected the overall comfort of our stay. In terms of provided essentials, the supply was very limited. Each bathroom had only 1 roll of toilet paper, and a tiny sliver of soap lasted just 2 showers. We had to purchase additional toilet paper, soap, and paper towels ourselves just a few days into our stay.There were also several maintenance issues throughout the unit: The night table lamp in the guest bedroom was broken and could only be turned off by unplugging it. The closet in the same room was partially used as storage, which limited our ability to use it for our own clothing and shoes. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open, and we had to locate some WD-40 ourselves to make it usable.The kitchen utensils were rusted and in poor condition, and the left side of the refrigerator was also rusting. The dinnerware seemed quite dated and mismatched, though on the flip side, there was a large abundance of blankets—many of which took up valuable storage space but went unused. Despite these issues, we truly enjoyed our time together—largely because we are lifelong friends who always make the best of things. We created special memories on this trip, but unfortunately, we can’t in good conscience offer a five-star review. With some attention to detail and updates to the unit, it has great potential, especially given its location.We hope this honest feedback is helpful and taken in the spirit of improvement.

We live on a small off-grid homestead just outside of Asheville, NC. One of our favorite spots to visit has always been St. Augustine, and we won/host multiple properties in the area.

Back at home on the mountain, Maria is a kindergarten teacher, and Butch is a tech entrepreneur. We have two daughters who enjoy school, traveling, and meeting new people. We are so happy to have an excuse to visit the St. Augustine area many many times a year combining our work and play.

Being able to walk to dozens of restaurants of all types and quickly access Publix and Winn Dixie both less than a mile away, means you won't waste your vacation driving around in your car.

When you are ready to get out and explore, you are less than 15 minutes to St. Augustine's historic old town. Entertainment, history, 5-star dining, shopping and so much more await. Imagine if New Orleans and Savannah had a baby - that's St. Augustine!
